The service I received today from the team, at Hotchs was simply SUPERB!I got a very fair quote for my old car but what really made the difference was their dedication to their clients.I had to call them a number of times in order to coordinate with CAA, the towing of my old car and reschedule multiple times due to my busy schedule, and never once did they display impatience.They truly made my day very easy and stress-free, I really can't thank them enough. :) Oh and yes, special thanks to Corey!

Got a call my parts are ready, left work 2 hours early and drove an hour and a half to go get it, when I arrive there is a sign they closed early and I was not notified of this when he called me at 11:30 telling me I can come today before 4 ( I arrived at 3:15) website says they close at 5 which is weird, 2 hours of lost work and 3 hours driving for nothing, now I need to do it all again to get my part to fix my truck....no thanks rather save my time and go somewhere else. Not worth 6 hours of driving and 4 hours lost work to save a few bucks...if you're gonna shop here call before hand many times to save yourselfEdit: operations manager reached out to remedy the situation and help me out. I believe this company is good to deal with and I just had a bad experience.

Edit: Operations Manager reached out and fixed this situation. Corey Earl is easy to deal with.Extremely rude over the phone, very impatient when I try to provide details. Probably the same reason that after driving 85km to pick up my centre console that they brought half the part instead of everything after I very specifically described what I needed off of the truck.Will never spend another dime here.

just called and asked about a part I'm looking for. tried to explain about another vehicle that also has has an identical part so i could help the guy (not naming names) find some, he was pretty rude and then hung up on me, I called back and as soon as he heard my voice he said we don't have any" (without even checking) and hung up again. I've been a long time customer and that level of attitude has lost me as a customer forever."

Rude guy answering calls over the phone. I would rather pay more elsewhere than ever call here again.
