Highly recommend Tim. He did some framing work in our basement and it looks great. We are so happy. He came when he said, friendly, professional and did a wonderful job. Would definitely ask him back to do other work for us.

Tim is now my go to guy for any repairs and modifications around the house. It's great having someone I can call and know that it'll be done right and not left half done like so many projects I've started myself. He's good and you need to book him out in advance, worth the wait!

We had Tim work on our heavily neglected, 1965, 3-plex bringing it up to code and safety standards. We had him install all new windows, doors, floor joists, walls, floors, decks, etc. We were confident with his skills and knowledge to have him use his judgement to fix what needed to be without cutting corners. He was very reliable, punctual, easy to talk to and always kept us in the loop with what was happening. We would definitely highly recommend him and will have his number handy for recommendations and/or future projects.

Tim shared his knowledge of the job and gave us options before removing sliding glass doors and installing our French doors! I plan on using his skills more in the future!

Tim framed in and installed a bedroom door for us and then a month later we had him tear apart our outside rotting stairs leading down to the back yard and build us some new ones. He did an amazing job both times. He is a perfectionist, is quick and efficient, and is very fair with his rates. Will most definitely get him again.
