The sales rep today was very rude upon arrival . Receipt indicated the name was SHAHRZAD .For a customer service not knowing how to smile and be pleasant. I was having a good day until I came across this woman . She must be annoyed with her job . I’m not impressed at all. Management should do something about this particular employee .

Samantha made my experience exceptional. She didn’t made me feel rush and explained everything for me. The store is clean and sanitizing hands is still being followed which i like! A little bit warm in the store but not a big deal.

We were helped by Cynthia, the store manager. She is extremely professional, personable and an incredible saleswoman. She takes the time to learn about your taste and provides recommendations without being overpowering. She takes a lot of pride in the brand which translates into her attention to detail— from the way she presents each perfume to the way she wraps the products after purchase. Thank you, Cynthia, for a lovely shopping experience.

I always enjoy shopping at this location. I have been getting my Jo Malone products ever since the company opened their store this year. Their staffs always treat me like a friend, especially their new assistant manager Samantha. Every time I shop there, Samantha warmly greets me, and talks to me like an old friend. She always shows me new fragrances, and never pushes me to purchase any products. I highly recommend her to be your Jo Malone shopping guide!

I am not a fan of Jo Malone as my go to candle is Dyptique. I was curious of how it is because I am searching gift for a friend. Then I randomly walked in and Christie from Pacific Center assisted me. She was so nice and carefully assisted me even if I dont know what I want. I bought what she told me and my friend liked it. And I came back again to Christie to buy more gifts and I will come back because of her. If you want to shop in Jo Malone look for Christie she's very pleasant to work with. Thank you Christie!

I have been following one of the perfume advisors for many years through her careers, which led me to Jo Malone. Upon arrival the employees were very pleasant to talk to and well informed; however, while I was perusing the samples of perfume, I found the manager to be extremely pushy and poor mannered. This left a distaste in my mouth. I will not be coming here again.
