Called about some zephyr metal polish. Mike was extremely helpful and looked for what i needed relentlessly. If i could give him more then 5 stars i would. Will definately be back when i need more. Price for it is unbeatable as well

Shame on you. I recommended and out of town friend to your shop for a simple water pump change. Your mechanic installed it incorrectly, tried to blame engine failure, found that hose were hooked up wrong. Yes you fixed it, at an additional charge of over $700. He should not have to pay for your oversight. Zero stars but unfortunately, I am unable so one it is

Can’t say enough good about the service department at the Nanaimo branch. Fit me in for a scan & clear codes on an hours notice. Staff were all extremely knowledgeable,friendly & helpful. Have never had a better experience anywhere else

Absolutely amazed with the great customer service provided by all the service department staff at this dealership. Called in awhile ago about a check engine light on one of the company trucks. First person we spoke to was Mike the Service Advisor and he was extremely helpful by providing an appointment that day for a rapid check. So we sent the truck and the driver there. The driver got there Mike booked the truck in right away and showed our driver where the drivers lounge was and explained he will update him once the technician looks at his truck. Within a hr and a half of the truck being there Mike called us back with an update and let us know it was a going be a simple fix and the technician would be able to fix the truck that day with out having to book another appointment and come back another day. Our driver was amazed at how friendly and welcoming EVERYONE was at the dealership as he walked around and waited for the truck to be completed,he even mentioned he had never seen such a more comfortable waiting area which had recliners, a big screen TV with a remote plus free coffee and vending machines. When the repair was completed Mike returned the keys to our driver, let him know the truck was repaired and everything was covered under warranty. Before our driver left he spoke to who he thinks was the head technician and he explained the repair and he was very knowledgeable. Thank you Peterbilt Surrey for the amazing service provided to our driver from your service department from start to finish everyone was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend dealing with this dealership.

Cat engine parts, and filters,( they stock those gaskets and O rings,your gonna need) freindly helpful staff, rarely a line up, very competitive pricing , best legacy seat deals, I've seen, my new heated legacy is butt burning on high setting. Top mechanics , no high performance builds, but they will get you on the road fast, and right!

I have been visiting this place since 2020. I have mixed reviews. I bought new 389 in 2020 and also bought all warrantees. but last month I went to dealership for clutch adjustment but technician said need new clutch coz there no adjustment left.then I request them I have warrantees till 780000 km on clutch but truck has only 601000km.they said we have to diegnose if its worn out we won't cover if something broken in then we will cover it but then I spoke with warranty manager she said you bought warranty from eaton we can't do anything that's not our part.she gave me number of eaton guy. but question I bought truck and warrenty from peterbilt and nobody told me terms and conditions. I still have warranty on Cummins 966000km if something goes wrong with engine who gonna cover it (probably I would get answer it worn out sorry we won't cover it) bottom line that's my last Peterbilt truck I would never suggest any one to buy paccer product.

Peterbilt surrey was one of my worse experiences. I left my truck there on October 07 for 4:30pm appt and they didn’t even touch my truck until next day October 08. Even than I called them and went there straight to pick my truck and dropped at another mechanic there excuse was not enough mechanics. Than why booked my appt. Don’t take your truck to these guys unless you guys have couple of weeks of from work

Been coming here for years! Alot has changed but the service has remained excellent and the staff have always been super helpful.

I booked an appointment for service and other works I dropped my truck and I called for pickup they didn't done any work that I booked appointment for.
