Ralph and the very nice lady he was working with was able to help me out and get our store vacuum back working in less than 5 minutes! Very friendly people, and obviously Ralph knows his stuff! I would highly recommend this spot to anyone

Took carpet cleaner in took them 31/2 weeks to look at it cost $66 dollars just to have them look at it they phoned me and told me they didn’t know what was wrong so I lost my money.Can’t believe they could not find the problem will buy a new one but not from them will never use this outfit again nor will anyone else I know.

They replaced the motor in a central vac, and rewired the power head. They said probably 5 days and called after 2 days to say it was done. Final bill was exactly what was quoted. Staff were exceptionally friendly. I hope I don't have to go back soon for repairs, but if I do, or if I am buying a new machine, I won't go anywhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Great service and experience, needed help with some pet pee smell removal in my rental . Sherri was very knowledgeable and helpful . Products are way better quality and effective then big box store shelf products.

We will not be coming back here again. They sold us a vacuum stick as a new item, and after it burned through 3 belts in a year we found out that the motor in the head was an old used one with a part missing.Since my review they did come back and offer to refund our money for our last repair, so in light of that generous offer I'd now give them 4 stars out of 5. They are the go to place for Filter Queen service and parts.

This place is an institution. It's not uncommon to see a loyal customer return after decades of using 1 Stop's reliable products, and the staff still remember your name. Staff knowledge rivals an encyclopedia. Installations are top notch with no corners cut. Service is performed with your best interest in mind and communication is clear.

I went there for a couple of bearings for our central vacuum cleaner and they were $24.98 tax included.That was $17.11 cheaper than the competition where I first went to.No way was I paying $40 plus for two small bearings.And 1Stop Vac were very friendly!

We have an older style central vac. The powerhead stopped working, and when I took it apart, the drive belt was toast. I tried googling the part, but wasn't having any luck. I stopped in today after work, and was in and out in under 5 minutes, with exactly what I needed! Came home, put the belt on....and voila! We are back in business....trust me, we have two dogs and it's been a loooong week without the vaccum. As I sit here typing this, the husband is happily vacuuming. Thank you to the two gentlemen who helped me out today.....it is greatly appreciated, and I highly recommend 1 Stop Vaccum!

I had a vaccum that worked good for 7 years and they changed the power head in July this year. Power head stopped working in 3 months , upon checking with them they declined to honor warranty and the customer service was really bad. I paid for new powehead and again for fixing it within 3 months. Now it has stopped working again. This is very frustrating as my original power head worked fine for 7 years. I think they gave me a used power head. I lost $150 in this process. I would have bought new vaccum.
