Take 5 Oil Change

Went for an oil change today, and the staff were so quick, professional, and kind. Not to mention non judgmental. I will most definitely be returning for my next oil change ! 5/5 stars !!

I have been coming to this location for years. Just got another oil change today, and, as usual, the service was outstanding! The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. Can't recommend it enough!

This wasn’t the fastest most wonderful experience ever!Needed to get an oil change done on my Jeep. Called all the auto shops and everyone was busy. Stopped by this one early in the morning. The service was amazing! These guys work so efficient and fast!Really appreciate it!

First time ever trying a drive thru style oil change and i was thoroughly impressed how quick they were. They communicate loudly with eachother to make sure things are done properly. They top off fluids. They asked me before just changing my air filter which was cool of them. And it's pretty fast. There was a long line up to wait but it was tyre change season apparently because the next time I came I drove right up to the door.

Went in this afternoon for an oil change. Technician checked my oil and found it was still good for a couple thousand more km's. Appreciate their honesty and integrity and will definitely be back and recommend them.Also they are now using Canadian oil from Alberta.

Been going to this location for 5 years now and normally fast and efficient however today was not a good experience. First I had to wait for a filter to be delivered which I agreed to the additional 15 minutes. The attendant handed me the millige sticker and he had put in the wrong oil. He had to empty it and refill the oil. Finally finished and my filter arrived......or so I thought! He came to show me the dip stick and it was way over filled!!! The last garage to do that cost me 6 grand when my engine blew on my way home and the reason I switched to this place. He drained some of the oil out and over an hour sitting in a very hot car in Bay 1 I was finally on my way. I do not think I will be returning to this location after this experience.

The service at this place is always exceptional. Never pushy, always genuine and kind and courteous. The guys are quick and efficient, and have exemplary customer service skills.
