Where do I start. Michael sold me an Ultimate protection warranty which he assured me covered everything, it covers nothing. Wasted money, never believe him. In a year and a half I've needed 3 repairs, only one coveted by warranty. Also last problem my husband's code reader found in two seconds yet they still charged me 155 for diagnostic services which probably took 2 seconds. Lastly, why make an 8 am service appointment if your not gonna get the vehicle in till 3. Will/wouldnever by from Nissan again!

Warranty work was carried out and they got me a car from enterprise. This was satisfactory. They wipe the interior prior to returning to customer. They don't mention that they steal any money from under the arm rest when the person cleans the inside. Manager is looking into it but I bet he doesn't find who STOLE the money. As a token gesture he said he would put the amount in credit on my account for the next service and get a full valet done on my car next time I come in (That not the principal.....whoever the thief is he works for Half way nissan). Don't leave anything of value in your car when you leave your car there for any work.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new vehicle here at half-way. The process was stress free and pleasant. Mandy was very thorough and knowledgeable. She was able to find us the exact pathfinder platinum we wanted without having to wait for it. Jordan was a gem in explaining everything on the day of delivery. Great experience with halfway motors. Even when they messed up on my vehicle delivery.I purchased a 23 Nissian Frontier Pro 4X with the luxury package and upon taking possession I noticed my tire pressure was low on the rear driver side. Upon my inspection there was a bolt dead center into the tire. Halfway motors fixed the tire free of charge acknowledging it they must have missed it during inspection.Sales experience was good with Jordan as went over everything with me. I felt no pressure except with the sales manager but I put him in his place when he asked me to sign the first day I walked in the dealership. I needed time to think about all the comparatives.Overall the truck carry’s an excellent value and price vs competition. Spray in bed liner, box lighting, bilstein shocks, intelligent cruise control, and a new power train including a new engine and transmission vs the previous version of this truck + extra tie downs. Excellent interior with Apple car play and android auto and heated seats. + you get reliability. I would say the truck is more competitive for value to a 23 Toyota Tacoma off-road premium and 23 Chevy Colorado Z71.Chevy Colorado ZR2 and Tacoma Tacoma TRD Pro are in a different teer as they have the fox shocks and multimatic shock system but you spend an extra 10k for that. I use this truck as a truck hauling/towing long drives out of town and going to camp. Comfort with the zero gravity seats is excellent for long trips.Thanks again

I own a 2019 Rogue which works well. I love it. But l am disappointed the way the finance department treated me. when l went to buy it they gave me quote for 5 years financing with a down payment. But today When l looked for the date to know when my five year contract ends l realized that it was for 7 years. I trusted the staffs and signed the finance agreement without reading it thoroughly by myself. That’s my mistake. They marked everything else but the finance terms and duration. So please if any of you plan to buy any vehicle from Halfway Motors please read the documents carefully before signing it. Thanks

Sales staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to make you feel as a valuable customer. parts and service personnel are great.
