THIS IS SERIOUS MATTER SLEEP COUNTRY:I had bought a king size mattress and a king size bed from Sleep Country in the previous year. The bed was ordered online, however the mattress was bought there. While purchasing bed I also purchase a lavender bed spray. Sadly, the spray was not delivered at the same time as the bed. I returned to the customer service website to double-check. I was told to visit the Sleep Country located 510 Circle Dr E to pick up the spray. I should have no trouble obtaining it. When I realized I had forgotten to pick up, I headed to the store, and this is what transpired.A cashier of Indian descent was there when I opened the door. I questioned him because my lavender spray hadn't arrived, and he said he didn't care. I also requested that he look up my order on my account. He claimed he wouldn't check my account or offer me anything. He began to treat me like a beast. He also told me to get out of the store. I admitted buying the products online. Then he forced me to go talk with online people. I tried to explain the matter to him, but he refused to help me in any way. I spent over $3500 at this store, and that person treated me in that manner. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.He does not own that store, so I am legally entitled to go into any open store and pick the item I have purchased. I am not there to just randomly ask for items. I felt ashamed. I felt humiliated. It was awful behavior. He was nasty to force me out of the store and made it confrontational. I'm not even sure why he was acting so wild. CRUEL, PATHETIC, HEARTLESS conduct toward a devoted customer. The management group needs to take this seriously and receive improved customer service training.I still require delivery of my lavender room spray. I PAID FOR IT.

Bought 3 mattress 2 pillows the staff is great there They said if I ever come back they would give me a great deal and they did .

Helpful and patient staff. Nice policy in place that lets you try a mattress at home, and if it isn't working for you, you can get a different one. Because it's hard to tell for sure if a mattress is going to feel good for a whole night when you just lay on it for a minute or two.

Great mattress! If you ever need the very best mattress and pillow, this is the place to go. Seriously, the customer service is beyond great and they walk you through all the options and guide you based on deep understanding of the product they offer you. They not only deliver your mattress, they place it at the very spot you need it! I know it will be a while before I need another mattress so I highly recommend to anyone yet to decide. You will be glad you did!

Super frustrating and disappointing experience here. The salesman addressed every question to my husband even though I was the one giving all the answers. I would say something and be largely dismissed by the salesman only for my husband to repeat the same question moments later and get a helpful answer. It felt like I was very much getting the 'silly woman' treatment. Very high pressure sales tactics as well.

We had incredible experience here. We went to a few different places to look at beds and we walked into Sleep Country and dearth with Craig and had great customer service from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service. Instead of letting us simply walk through trying a mattress here and there, Tom took us through a specific process to find the right mattress for us. He explained the differences between mattresses helped us find the perfect mattress to fit our budget. I won't be buying a mattress anywhere else again.

After a terrible experience at The Brick, we headed across the street to Sleep Country.Immediately we were helped out by Tom, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had no idea which type of mattress would work best for us. Tom walked us through each step, asking questions about how we sleep, current issues with our bed, price range, etc. He helped us narrow down the 60+ options to about 6, right away it was a lot less overwhelming. Tom gave us options on current sales, clearance and mattresses in our price range and once we found the one we liked he headed to the back and grabbed one from their stock.He proceeded to walk us through the warranty, the 100 day sleep guarantee and explained the benefits of this specific mattress.This was the best experience I've had in any type of furniture store. They're willing to find the best deal for you, get you a mattress that will give you proper support and walk you through the pros/cons of each option.I would highly recommend Sleep Country to anyone and will certainly be back when I need to get another mattress!
