Absolute garbage experience… I bought pants from here multiple times, and every time when it came to hemming they screwed up the length and the staff being super defensive about it as if they cannot see the difference what it was marked the associates are not willing to take any blame for it and asked me to talk to Tailor I mean am I going to shop at their place or my business belong to that guy? who is responsible for it…Oh, when it comes to the customer service as well absolutely zero attendance and you have to call 5-6 times before anybody could help. And anyone if they come in to help they make you feel like as if they are doing you any favour. I would give negative stars if that was an option.

Waleed's customer service was excellent. He took the time and helped me choose the right suit and sports jackets. Was very helpful and kind. Keep it up!
