Lizzie and her team have been managing my Penthouse for 2 years. She responds to Airbnb guest messages when I'm unable to, she brings wine, coffee, and groceries when needed. Pristine Peak is so much more than just a cleaning service. We have been using them as our cleaners for our Airbnb rental in Canmore and have nothing but good things to say about this team! On top of cleaning our unit, they offer many extras including notifications when supplies are low, picking up and delivering items needed, alerting us to things that need attention in the unit (like a leaky faucet) and always notifying us about how our guests left the unit and when they have completed their clean. They are professional, hard-working, dedicated, responsive and just really great people!!! We truly appreciate how they communicate everything with us in a timely fashion and are always seeking feedback about how they can improve. Top notch service! Our guests have have been noticing and commenting on how clean our unit is thanks to the team at Pristine Peak!
