Extremely happy with the service provided by these guys. We were going to rent only the dehumidifier. But they came home assessed our situation and explained that the drying will be the most efficient with two fans that would circulate the air and help the dehumidifier in doing it's job well. They also used the thermal moisture meter to show us the extent of the wetness. They were great with follow ups and when we were ready to return the equipment early, they ensured that we were not hasty in returning the equipment. They came back and checked that every thing was good. Really happy we found them and that they helped us contain our basement flood situation promptly and in the best way possible! We rented 5 air purifiers for my daughters wedding and we were very happy with the whole experience. Customer service was very helpful in determining what was needed for the event and the equipment was dropped off and picked up at the scheduled times.

I am very impressed with the quality of service I received from Drying equipment. My basement got wet from a burst pipe in the kitchen sink. Water was all over the carpet. I talked to Mike who answered my initial call, I was asked to send a video text with the damaged area, and promised to hear back from Mike in a few minutes. He was extremely fast, when called me back he suggested the right equipment and for how long I need to rent it for. I wasn't sure if I should pay before receiving the equipment, Mike explained that this is the only way an order can be created and a driver can be dispatched. I trusted them and cannot be more satisfied than I am today. Thank you Mike, Alfred who delivered the equipment for helping me with this situation and delivering the equipment so fast and on time. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them if I ever need to.

We were absolutely pleased with the service. I had a flood in my basement and needed dehumidifiers asap. I found Drying equipment and called them right away. They were very helpful and responsive. We discovered Drying Equipment when we had water in the basement. They provided sound advice and were very responsive. The same day delivery included the set up based on the specifics of the situation and an overview of the equipment and what to do for the next few days. I didn’t know how much I needed that but it was very helpful and set me up for success. I included the water extractor and that was money well spent. From the initial conversation with Mike who answered my call, to the driver who was at my door with the equipment in 45 minutes. He staged the equipment and after 3 days came back to pick it up. They took the time to discuss my needs to ensure I was getting what I actually needed. The equipment was delivered within a couple hours! The staff that came to my home was so polite and respectful and set everything up for me. Communication was throughout this process was excellent. I'm so glad that I found Drying Equipment as I initially reserved with a big box store but was never able to reach anyone by phone, couldn't reserve for the same-day, AND I would have had to pick-up, and set-up on my own.
