I recently had the pleasure of receiving a deep tissue massage from Tina and I have to say, it was the best massage I've ever had! I've been to many different spas for massages, but Tina's technique and skill truly stand out. Her work on my shoulders was especially remarkable - she really knew how to get in there and relieve the tension that had been building up.In addition to Tina's excellent work, I was also impressed by the spa itself. It was clean, welcoming, and beautifully decorated, creating a truly relaxing environment.Overall, I highly recommend Tina's massage to anyone looking for a truly exceptional experience. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment!

Tina is truly the best and cares. She paid attention to my problem areas and more. I was able to book my massage 2 hours before my appointment and am so glad they had an opening.This was my first massage that was more than an hour and it was so worth it. I have been to many spas for massages which were okay, but had such an amazing first visit and will now keep coming back to her! The facility is so calming, clean and welcoming. My husband and I took the 90-minute couple massage and it was one of our best massage experience! Booking process was also great! We booked and got the massage on the same day. Me and my husband are just travelling to Calgary and we’re glad to have found them. Tina and Montessa were fantastic! Would return again when we are back to Calgary :)

Over the last while I have had 2 Vichy Shower massages with the salt scrub that were awesome! I felt great! So calm , relaxed and rejuvenated after. Then last week I had a 2 hour relaxing massage. What a great experience! Tina is amazing and I will keep coming back! The whole atmosphere is one of peace, tranquility, warmth, comfort and beautiful surroundings. The best I've ever experienced! After run out the benefits, I have been looking for a good deal. My Haven's student massage therapist, Iryna, offers a great price of $50 per hour, which is perfect for me. While her massage technique may not be the best, I appreciate that she tries her best. She is also a very quiet lady. I will definitely return to her for another massage. The spa itself is very clean and relaxing, and I highly recommend it.

I recently visited My Haven Laser & Spa and had an amazing experience with Tina. I am a marathon runner, and Tina is also a runner, so she really knows my needs. I opted for a massage and Vichy shower-body scrub, and it was absolutely fantastic.Tina's massage was great for my legs and calf as I run so much that my lower body gets really tired. She used techniques that helped relieve tension and soreness in my legs and calves, and I could feel the difference after the massage. Her expertise as a runner herself really shone through in the massage.The Vichy shower-body scrub was also a great experience. The scrub left my skin feeling silky smooth, and the Vichy shower was incredibly refreshing. Tina made sure to explain each step of the process and made me feel comfortable throughout.The spa is so clean and upscale. The atmosphere is very relaxing and comfortable, and I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. It's clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a high level of cleanliness and professionalism.In my opinion, Tina's massage is the best massage in Calgary, and My Haven Laser & Spa is the best spa I have ever been to.
