My experience was very positive. Terry converted my Marin bike to electric on the same day that I brought it in. He was excellent on instructions and I am really impressed and happy with the bike.

I'm really enjoying my step-through converted ebike, the commuter package. I was happy to find e-cycle online after learning that conversion was possible. Terry Pettigrew was easy to deal with, provides a range of useful resources online, was readily available for follow up questions. Another positive is that the converted bike is lighter than a new electric bike. I'm riding my bike more since the conversion.

Terry got back to me quickly with all my questions, and was able to accommodate my work schedule by having the bike ready much sooner than expected! Riding the now ebike is so fun and made a 13km commute to work a breeze. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both the conversion and Terry :)

I took a custom e-bike to Terry after having some structural and electronic problems with the bike. Terry immediately diagnosed the problems and made some changes that greatly improved the bike overall. The work was completed in very little time, and the cost was below my expectation. Based on my positive experience, I have engaged Terry to build an e-bike for my wife.
