Youngs Towing and Scrap Car Pick-Up

Marc assisted me with towing my truck. All I can say is he's one of the best in the business. Not only was he kind and courteous but he was very professional and did everything with ease. He is quick, efficient, very friendly and professional. I would recommend his services to anyone who needs their car towed.

Marc arrived and started in immediately saying my 2012 VW was junk but him and I both know that one part on a VW goes for more than what he gave me for it. ($250) The exterior was PRISTINE. He was so inconsiderate, talking about how it wasn't worth anything, as if I didn't know better. I needed to get rid of it because my complex does not allow vehicles that don’t run, but I paid $25,000 for that fully loaded car and he couldn't even be bothered to hook it up properly, completely damaging the front end. I understand that the interior was water damaged but the outside didn’t have a single scratch and the only thing it needed was an engine (I had timing chain tensioner issues). To say I was disappointed is an understatement.He gets one star because he was fast to arrive. …probably because he knew what he was getting.Have some compassion, Marc. …at the very least don’t damage it out of sheer laziness, in front of the customer.

Marc was the most wonderful service provider, likely in the business. 80 years and still crawling under trucks. Nothing fazed him … great guy. I’ll call him again for sure!

I wanted to support a small business and was glad i did. We easily made arrangements by phone and marc was very accomodating when i had to change our meeting time. He towed the car for free and paid me a fair price for it as scrap since it was not worth fixing the transmission.
