Lavish Limo

The company threatened to leave us where we were if we didn't fork up $200. They said if we paid $200 they would cancel their 6:00 appointment in New Market. This company is very unfair to clients. In addition the AC was broken, and owner gave us a very hard time

We had booked Lavish Limo for our wedding in December 2022. They were great to work with and were so responsive to our emails and questions! Shaq was our driver on our wedding day and he was amazing! He was so nice and just an absolute pleasure to talk to. He was on time and got us to and from our destinations safely. I recommend Lavish Limo to everyone who asks!

Booked a few weeks ago with this company for my sisters birthday, service was decent at best. Only reason I would give three stars is because that’s what it deserves. My driver was somewhat on time and was not in a good mood at all. Upon arrival I gave him the money and he demanded the tip upfront. Which I then told him I will not give to him until the end. After getting into the limo after the first discussion, he than said he can not move the vehicle unless he gets the tip and it this came from his manager. Already I was pissed off and could not believe it but anyways I gave him the money and he finally moved. Regardless to say we enjoyed our time inside and it was in average condition. My recommendation is please stop ripping people off, begging for tips upfront, have some decent customer service manners to the clients and also please have half a mind to clean the Limo up a little bit after each use. People leave their garbage behind and it’s offsetting when you’re picking up new customers and find other garbage in the Limo which you’re paying money for!

Perfect customer service. I had a party bus for my brothers party just on the weekend that went by. My driver was Bik and he was really polite and professional. The bus was clean and the decor from inside was lovely. This company was for sure the best one I have used. Great value for money and I will definitely be using these guys for future events.Highly recommend, if you’re looking for weddings, party's, etc.

This is an amazing Limo Company! Our driver Peter was very kind, safe, and always on time. The limo was essentially brand new, extremely clean, and maintained very well. You can tell they take great care of their fleet. They also responded very quickly to my enquiries and were were helpful with requests I had. I definitely would recommend them to anyone who has a special occasion and will be using them again!

Disgusting service. AC was broken on the bus and they couldn't get us a new one. The driver went the wrong way to the wedding ceremony which resulted in taking more time. After that they refused to move until they received additional payment for the additional time. If you want your wedding to go smooth please do not book this company.

Joke of a company. Driver missed the exit to get the the reception for our wedding making us an hour late. Then tries charging us extra fees because of their mistakes. Not to mention the lack of communication and the fact it was a sauna on the bus since the ac didn’t work. Would not recommend this company unless you want a your wedding day ruined

This has to be the worst service ever. We booked two cars on our wedding day. Mine showed up on time. The one that was picking up my wife just didn't show up ... They didn't even bother calling to say anything happened. So the bride was stranded on her wedding day without a rental ... Just horrible

Hired Lavish Limo for my wedding and did not regret that decision at all! The service was impeccable, on time and professional at all times. My wife loved the vehicle that we ordered and made getting to our special day that much better. Highly recommend this service for anyone looking for a limo service.

This is the cheapest company I have ever met. They value making a quick buck over customer experience. We booked Lavish for our wedding day and it was the worst decision. Contract says 407 ETR is $1 per km. This was absolutely not the case. When you ask for the 407 you will be shocked to see a price triple the expected sum and the explanation provided by the company did not make any sense. Dealing with management was tedious, frustrating and hopeless. The day of our wedding we were delayed as the deriver got lost and started taking a wrong route. This resulted in our schedule being shifted by 30 minutes. At the end of the day, after our photos the bus held us hostage and did not drive us to our destination until they were paid $200. Management handled this in a disgusting manner as they started yelling at us threatening to not drive us to our final destination. We were incredibly late to our church ceremony as well as our reception. They ruined our wedding experience...
