Ok, I bought a nutcracker, cost $5.00 which was fine but got home and saw a big crack. Over priced for that. It was fun to walk through and look at everything. I will go back but will look more close next time.

I visited Surrounding Memories about 3 weeks ago, wanting to get custom framing done for two prints as a gift for Father's Day. The owner was incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the entire planning process and she helped me find affordable options that suited my budget. I know most projects can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks, but she offered to rush it for me when I mentioned my Dad would be visiting me from Toronto on the weekend of June 24 so I could give it to him then. I was thrilled! I would rate this experience 5-stars.On the Friday (June 23) I tried calling the store a few times to confirm that my order would be ready for pick-up the next day, but couldn't get through. The answering machine advised to send an email, so I did through their website. No response.On the Saturday (the 24th, the day I wanted to give the frame to my Dad), I went to the store in hopes that the frame would be ready, only to find a sign on the front door that read, closed from June 24-26".I hope the store wasn't closed due to unforeseen circumstances and everything is okay; however I wish I was notified/updated.At the end of the day
