In the most difficult time of our lives Jeff and Amelia were wonderful in the way they took care of my mother. They were incredibly respectful and warm and made myself and family feel at ease. I would absolutely recommend Passages to everyone. Perfectly accommodating, like working with a friend.

When we were faced with the sudden passing of our dad we had no idea where to turn or even where to begin! Then we found the wonderful people at Passages! To say Jeff, Amelia and Krysta were a Godsend does not seem adequate enough, they are so filled with compassion and after 2 mins into the first conversation with Jeff they felt like family, no matter what time we had questions they were there to answer and reassure us, we had a special request - no problem was the response and they went out of the way to make it happen. The passing of a loved one is never an easy experience to go through. Our family recently had to endure just that, and I can say that we would have been truly lost without Jeff & Krista @ PASSAGES. From my first phone call to Jeff, right to the day my grandmother’s ashes were delivered so warmly by Krista to my home we could feel how we had made the best decision to have them handle everything. They made sure we knew where my grandma’s body was at all times and met any request with pleasure. They are worth so much more than what they charge considering the quality of service they provide. My wife passed away after a lengthy illness but it was still difficult when the day finally came. Jeff Robinson guided me through each step of the service. He was compassionate, professional and kind. I would recommend this service because of their efficient, easy to use service that provides cremation services easily by phone. The price is affordable and the service excellent. I was happy to sideline the standard funeral home up selling and the need to visit the funeral home for each step. Amelia delivered my brothers ashes to our home and helped us to complete all the paperwork. Awesome people running a much needed alternative to funeral homes.

My sister and I contacted Jeff when my mother passed away. From start to finish he was kind, professional and a pleasure to deal with. His compassion during this difficult time was above and beyond and was always available whenever we contacted him.

When I realized that the end of my husbands life was near, I called Passages. Jeff was kind, compassionate and extremely helpful. He walked me through the process and told me not to worry and to just call when he passed. That happened three days later. You are really never prepared but Jeff took over and after the cremation he brought my husband back to me, sat and explained everything I needed to know and made sure all my questions were answered. During what is a devastating time in my life, Jeff and Amelia and their team were a true blessing. Jeff called me back within an hour of my request for information. He was compassionate and knowledgeable and did not try to take advantage of my vulnerable state of mind. The men who picked up my husband were so supportive and empathetic. And Amelia, bringing my husband's remains and helping with paperwork and all my question, was a true Godsend! I could go on but they really provided a ray of light in a very dark time.
