Checking in my bag was simple and easy. Unfortunately, it's 5:25am and it's still closed. They're supposed to be open at 5am. I have an international connection at 8am and I need my bag.5:40am and STILL NO ONE HERE.It's just my backpack, but it has my car and house keys in it.6am and still nothing!!6:15 Nothing

Beware! They are scammers and thieves!I returned a suitcase to the store 15 minutes after buying it. The credit card reader ‘didn’t work’ so couldn’t refund me. They ‘didnt have enough cash’ either ($275). So they gave me the manager’s email to send the receipt so I can receieve an e-transfer. It’s been a week and I still haven’t received the refund. The manager keeps telling me she is not the one managing the refunds and she will escalate the matter to the head office.I will be reporting this business for fraud and overall unprofessional behavior.Avoid at all costs. Their business practices are shady and dishonest.

We had a great experience the Excess Baggage Company at Terminal 1 of the Toronto Pearson International Airport. The customer service was friendly, fast, and efficient. It was really convenient to leave our larger bags (coming in from overseas on a three day stopover in Toronto before moving on). Easy drop off and easy pick up!

When my mother forgot a Swiss Army knife on her keychain and was told they would hold it for her for when she returned from Las Vegas to Toronto. It was pretty amazing. But when my mother got sick in Las Vegas and got flown right back to Sudbury, they were absolutely amazing with the whole process of letting me get it FedEx to my mother extremely professional absolutely polite never thought it was going to be this easy. Thank you so much for turning a negative situation into such a positive.
