I went to see Katherine a few times for help with a small claims court case.She offered insight into what judges look for and how to construct a claim in a format that they expect and that will lead them to a favorable decision. As a result, when I walked into the pre-trial conference, it was obvious that the judge decided in my favor before I said a word :-)I found Katherine to be informative, practical, patient and very easy to deal with. I got the impression that she wasn't just there to get paid, but that she genuinely wants to be helpful.

Katherine has represented my wife and I since May 26, at the Landlord and Tenant Tribunal. After 3 months we are still having to deal with a tenant who refuses to move. I had been in a bind with my insurance company following a recent collision. It was August 2017 that I began my search for a firm to represent me in small claims court. Most firms I had called during the month of August had me speak to a receptionist (unhelpful) or not answer at all as they were on vacation. Then I was referred to Katherine by a classmate who had told me to give her a call. At the time of our phone call she was on vacation but still had time to provide assistance for where to begin.What made KES Paralegal stand out to me was that we didn't need to meet until it was time for the settlement conference. As a student, this was especially helpful since I didn't have to cut time from work or school to deal with my case.At the end of it all, the case went well and we ended up settling at the settlement conference instead of pushing for small claims court (which is what I had hoped for). Leading up to the case, Katherine had kept me informed throughout the whole process and was always ready to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend this law firm.
