I was contacted by John to provide a contracted service required by insurers for a potential client. He took the time with me to discuss the process, safety, standards and efficiencies that I could offer to all stakeholders. He left me with a good impression he was a detail oriented professional who takes time to know and best work with his contractors - a quality that benefits his clients as well.

John Liddle came out to check on our GAS WATER HEATER today. We had been concerned that there might be a problem.He arrived promptly and he was very pleasant. John carefully checked everything, serviced the controls, and partially drained the tank. He was extremely conscientious, professional, and knowledgeable. He checked it over very well. He also gave us tips of what to look for (and what to do) if there were ever a concern.He was very patient with my many questions. We were 100% satisfied. Thank you! Ed and Helen Kearns, Burlington.

Total crooks and unresponsive. After a house visit, and a week's wait, I called for my quote. Received a flat $1,600 invoice--not estimate--that said I needed a new valve. Didn't explain the labour cost or provide any useful detail that resulted in the price. Called another HVAC provider who said all the valves were fine, and said it was impossible to deduce such simply by looking at them anyway. If you're new to boilers, as I was, then I'd stay clear of these guys because they will con you into a large and probably unnecessary bill. All I had to do was turn my boiler on, adjust the water pressure, turn on the thermostat, and bleed my rads. Thanks for nothing Bosanac.

It's now been about a week since the Bosanac team installed our new air conditioning unit and I can say without a doubt that these are the guys you need to call.Here's the jist. Our old unit went on the fritz so I called their office. The very nice and knowledgeable receptionist gave me some advise of what to check before requesting a service call which told me right there that Bosanac isn't in the business busy for the cash. Turned out I needed a repair guy who put the time in and did his best to fix the old unit but unfortunately it was toast. BUT, he only charged me for one hour labour and he was there for quite some time longer. So, at this point a new unit it must be. The repairman shook my hand and told me he would send a guy over soon to discuss options. Within 10 minutes (I live around the corner as it turn out) John Bosanac himself was sitting with me discussing our options. And after listening to his fatherly advice" we had agreed upon an affordable

I hired Bosanac to reroute some duct-work, reroute a gas line and to reroute and modify all the electrical in my kitchen. I must say that I am very please with the work they have done. John is very understanding and goes out of his way to understand the job, I work a tight schedule and as such John was willing to meet me on the weekend. This industry is not an easy industry and many issues can come up, these guys know what they are doing. On top of that the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely be contacting them again for any future work that I need.

Bosanac has installed 2 water heaters, 2 furnaces, 2 AC units for me in the past year in my rental properties and they were able to diagnose and repair the problems in a speedy manner and professionally. The owner John is involved in the day to day operations to make sure his technicians are doing a great job!

I don't give out a lot of 5 stars but it's hard to find tradespeople that are fair and honest. I was going to deal with reliance but I found out how crooked they were the salesman quoted me 14500.00 for a new furnace no a/c just heat and not installed but the salesman said I could install myself he would tell me how lol. When I find someone who is fair and honest I stick with them and I'm sticking with Bosanacs they service the furnace in my house put in new baseboard heating for back up when weather gets cold and they just installed and new hot water tank. So they have done a fair bit of work and I have never had an issue.

An elderly friend of my called me to report that his furnace wasn't working.I needed to coordinate a service call with a reliable furnace repair company, myself and and my friend. I called Bosanac and the service receptionist was polite and friendly. She arranged for a time to meet at the property. I was totally impressed, the service as technician arrived exactly at the agreed upon time. Within 10 min he diagnosed the problem and within 30 min the furnace was working. He had the required part in stock on his truck. Price was very reasonable. Overall the service was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend Bosanac to anyone in need of service on their furnace or other equipment.

Worse customer service ever. My furnace stopped working in December. They came with an old heater, plugged it in and it started sparking and burnt my carpet The technician packed up his tools and immediately left without even an apology. They didn't want to take responsibility for the damage instead they told me the carpet was old and just shrugged it off. Worst company ever. Never again! And the furnace they installed is garbage. I've had it serviced every year for the flame sensor.

Lifesavers they are. Furnace went on me yesterday morning and had called a competitor initially who paid me a visit. I was charged 111.87 which was reduced from 129.95 plus tax, for the technician to tell me my motor was ceased. He was literally in my home for 5 minutes. He then told me the installation of a new motor would cost 826.00 plus tax on top of this diagnosis fee of 111.87. Told him I would explore other options. Bosanac sent 2 very professional and honest technicians (John and Ben) who found that my motor did not need to be replaced and simply needed a readjustment. They had heat venting out in about an hour. No upselling, just exceptional customer service, which is somehow disappearing. These guys are first on my list from now on.
