Knowingly allow someone with serious mental health condition to be registered and practice without any terms and condition which is against the regulations in HEALTH PROFESSION ACT, this college put the public in risk.Their complaint process is long untimely and unprofessional. It's more secondary victimization than resolving my complaint. But at least CRPO identified and acknowledged the concern I raised towards the psychotherapist I complaint against, then gave her a warning,therefore I am giving 2 stars.
