Best Western Northgate Inn
I give two stars for the staff that checked us in early to help us out. However we had a family emergency and had to take a family member to hospital. I spoke to the hotel about a refund or even a partial refund. However was denied to the rooms being checked in for 12 hours even though we used it for about 4-5 hours before having to call for paramedics. Disappointed in the way this was taken care of over all. They did treat my request with respect but over not happy about being charged for a room we barely used. I wish we got to stay and enjoy the new rooms and the complimentary breakfast but we won’t be returning.

Best Western Northgate Inn
The room was simply stunning. It was clean, comfortable and stylish. Staffs were friendly and welcoming. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine while I was away from home. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional service during breakfast. The employees went above and above to ensure that every item was restocked as soon as they ran out despite the fact that the breakfast area was extremely busy. Highly recommended!

Best Western Northgate Inn
Second time staying at this hotel for business. Tried another hotel last night as it was a bit cheaper, but needless to say i cancelled the rest of the stay at that hotel to come back to this Best Western. You get what you pay for! Clean rooms, great kitchenette suite with immaculate kitchen, great king size bed and all you need. The best part is the great breakfast they provide, top notch and highly recommend you choose this hotel for your stay

The hotel was on point with the Best Western hotel standards, room was cleanClose to shopping, just off main HWY and no traffic noise, that was a plus,Breakfast was standard, fresh and clean, always goodThe gym needs some attention, The exercise machines face a wall. Turning them towards the mirror would be good. Also, you can not prop up a mobile device on any of the machines when doing cardio. Maybe an add-on is needed here,

Nice hotel experience here.Staff were very welcoming and the rooms were warm and comfortable. The area was quiet but with lots of amenities close by.

Rooms are nice and clean. The bed was big and comfortable. No bad smells and the bathroom was also clean.The service is very good. Friendly staff.My only complaint is the small tv in the room.

Best Western Northgate Inn
Great experience. The front desk were exceptionally friendly, helpful and accommodating. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable. The rooms were well equipped with microwaves and mini fridges, alongside a small patio with chairs. Lastly, the breakfast, although small, was fully equipped and was better than our recent experiences at 5 star hotels in the city. Great effort by the owners and staff at the Northgate Inn!

Best Western Northgate Inn
Very clean, modern, well-kept hotel. We stayed here with our three young kids and enjoyed everything. Great complimentary breakfast with different menu each day. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location near restaurants and grocery. We would stay here again.
