First off it's impossible to find as there is no signage and it's in the middle of the sales department. I had to ask 3 people before I found it.No one was there and I had to talk to a Carstar representative on one of the Dodge Dealerships phones to tell me the person was off sick. I booked online and received an Order Confirmation email.Waste of my afternoon.

Bevare of this place!!!!! I had to go there for aprisal and than didn't hear from them for over two weeks to book repair appointment. When I called back I was told they list my file. Finally after over 5 weeks waiting my SUV was done they tried to scam me for $300 even though my deductible was waived from the beginning since the accident was other party fault. When I questioned them about it they tried to put the blame on my insurance company. CARSTAR INGERSOLL is nothing but scammers!!!!

Took two weeks for them to even look at my vehicle, they told me my car would be ready in a month after the appraisal and that date changed three times and then after almost two months of waiting for my car I finally received it back and still have an issue and will be going somewhere else to resolve it. Very annoying and won’t be using them again
