We had the pleasure of having Mike and Jenny from VP Studios Photography take our engagement and wedding photos, and we could not have made a better decision to have them be such a big part of our special day. Mike and Jenny are a great team and from the moment we met them we felt at ease. They were always caring and professional, taking the time to get to know us to instil our personalities into the photos. They achieved a perfect balance of being open to what we wanted (an engagement shoot in a campsite with an old truck? Sure!) but also using their expertise to guide us through. This was especially evident on our wedding day, when they basically acted as back-up day-of wedding coordinators, helping us pick our photo spots and making sure all the best photo combinations happened when we were too busy to think about it. The results blew us away - our wedding photos are perfectly natural but also stunningly gorgeous. They managed to capture every single special detail from our day, so when we look through the photos they tell a beautiful story and we get to re-live the day all over again. Thank you Mike and Jenny for making our special day so much more special. We would heartily recommend Mike and Jenny to anyone needing photography services!

We wanted to say a BIG thank you to both of you. The ease of working with you for our engagement and wedding photography was unreal. Really, you both are the dream team. You managed to make sure that getting our pictures done was not awkward at all and that we were not nervous. You managed to get natural smiles from both of us.Mike, hanging out with the guys and Jenny hanging out with the girls was like being around old friends which made the process really easy. You both worked hard to make sure we were not nervous at all and stayed with us throughout the day. Your itinerary you gave before the wedding day made sure that everyone was where they needed to be when then needed to be there. As a team, you made sure that Dave and I got our must get" photos and I know they will turn out to be spectacular. You managed to keep your cool with the less than ideal bug conditions which in turn made Dave and I very calm. As our photobooth ended up not working you really stepped up to be sure that we and our guests had some fun.I am so glad that we decided to work with you. You really had no competition and you are both wonderful people

We worked with Jenny for our wedding in July 2020 and she did an absolutely phenomenal job. The photos are stunning. I normally dislike having my photo taken but Jenny definitely put me at ease. She was so personable, friendly and easy to work with. We recieved the majority of our photos after about two weeks. She was very accommodating in working with us during COVID and we're excited to use VP again next year to shoot our full reception! Would absolutely recommend!

Fantastic experience.Mike and Jenny are absolutely incredible photographers who go above and beyond in every way.Even someone like myself, who doesn't know much about photography or engagement shoots, I can tell it doesn't get any better in terms of quality and professionalism and enjoyment for an engagement shoot.Mike and Jenny are so easy to work with. My husband and I got married in September and used Mike and Jenny as our photographers. I cant express enough how incredibly amazing they both are. They go above and beyond just the title of a photographer. They helped me organize my timeline before hand, made sure everything during the day ran smoothly and got all the shoots we asked for. They also take all your stress away and make sure you are having fun all day long! And of course all our pictures came out AMAZING! I will continue to recommend them to anyone getting married.

Hiring VP Studios Photography for our wedding was the best decision we made when planning and we would 100% choose them again.Their beautiful photos speak for themselves so I'll just share what it was like to work with Mike and Jenny:- they scoped out the most amazing photo locations - better than I could have imagined: from a field of wildflowers for our engagement shoot to a beautiful and private forest and escarpment for our first look-they were utterly professional - they communicated well, arrived when expected, worked amazingly with other vendors, and kept things running on time-their experience was invaluable; they provided guidance and suggestions not only to get the best photos but also to ensure a stress-free day-they were very familiar with the staff, layout and rules of our venue (Ancaster Mill) so despite the venue's limitations on photography times, we were able to get all the photos and locations we wanted-they delivered our edited photos well within the timeline in their contractYou can sense Mike and Jenny's enthusiasm for their work and it was obvious that they really made it their goal for my husband and I to have the best day ever. They are kind and fun and we both genuinely enjoyed spending time with them. I highly recommend them.
