We needed some cores cut out in a concrete pad in our shop. I contacted Lance, he responded immediately providing all the information I needed and catered to our schedule. He was able to schedule the job in quickly and arrived early ready to work the day of. He worked non stop all day long and completed the job well under time, the quality of work was excellent and he left his worksite extremely clean. Lance has a great work ethic and attitude, this was the best experience with core cutting I have had hands down and will definitely be contacting him for future concrete work. These guys are very good at what they do. Had a new basement window installed this weekend- they did it in 4 hours with no water mess or damage- they add a wood buck for extra strength and it looks fabulous. Would use them again for next project.

Last year we bought a 1973 bungalow and of course it had super small (as if anyone could get out of) basement windows. With plans to expand our family we needed to up grade a few thing to make them safe.Stan was amazing to deal with. Quick responses to both emails and text messaging and very easy to talk to on the phone. He made me feel very comfortable with the job at hand and answered any question I had (even if it seemed a bit silly)Stan and his partner were very respectful of my property. I was very pleased with how little mess was left behind when they were done; Maybe a half a dust pan is all I swept up. And I don't think they took more then six hours from start to finish.After seeing the work they did on that window I got Stan to give me a quote for another basement window I will have to save $ to do in a few years time but I will definitely be calling these guys back and referring all my friends and family.
