The staff at this Tim’s care absolutely nothing about its customers. They are aggressively pushy, and will lie cheat and steal from its drive thru customers if it means reducing their window time. (Even serving undercooked food in a hurry) The customer experience here on dozens of occasions has not only been off putting but down right scummy human behaviour. I will avoid this Tim’s at all costs in the future following the 20th identical horrible experience I had here. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

This place's drive thru scanning machine has not been working properly for Tim card for a while. And yesterday, I went into the store and got a steeped tea, and used the Tim card without a problem. Thinking it was fixed, I went to the drive thru this morning again, and the scanning system was not working again. The employee was quite rude, and told me it was not their problem, but rather Head Office's issue? Well, sorry, ONE of your machine at least is working fine, so.. definitely not the Head Office's issue.

The place is ridiculously cold. Isn't a cafe or a restaurant meant to be warm enough for people to remove their jackets and be comfortable. I requested the staff twice to put up the heating. They did not care because of which we had to leave. I had gone there for lunch with my family but then we went to Wendy's. This is the second time we experienced this so never going back. The staff is so rude and inconsiderate. When I asked them to turn up the heating they said they were warm. Lol. And I have witnessed the staff being rude with an elderly customer over nothing, last time I was there. They have one staff in particular whi is always loud talking in her Punjabi language with her coworkers and last time she was actually fighting with her co-workers. That's definitely not very professional. The food is okay no complaints there.

My friend went to apply for a job at this tim Hortons and the manager gave her time for an interview, my friend took a day off from school for the interview but the manager didn’t show up and the staff said to come back another day she called again and got another day for interview but guess what the manager wasn’t there again. Why do you even ask others to come for an interview when you (the manager) aren’t going to be there? The manager really needs to respect other people’s time cause this isn’t a joke, they change their plans because of you

This Tim hortan’s has absolutely zero customer service skills. During the drive through I was asked to wait out front 10 minutes later the one meal I ordered had still not been delivered to me (out front as requested) I had to go inside and grab it what horrible service I used to come here everyday but after today I won’t use this location, maybe train your staff on following up on drive through orders absolutely ridiculous service here 0/10 for sure lazy people

This is at least the third time I’ve been in a few months when they said they ran out of the large size buns for their artisan sandwiches and asked if they could make it on a bagel for me. I’ve never been to any other location which ran out of buns anytime, especially so regularly. They also told me the ran out of mayo and is there any other sauce that would be okay on my sandwich. I asked how they could run out of mayo, then they checked and found some it looks like. I’d recommend going somewhere else that is managed more effectively.

I used to think this Tim’s was just a slow time Hortons in the after noon with two employees working the inside. But now it’s not just the afternoons it’s also the mornings the lack of attention the indoor customer receives is just absolutely horrendous takes 10 mins any time of the day to get a coffee if you walk in. 10 employees for drive through one for front counter.Also thanks for the non existing English muffin top

This is just another Tim Hortons however, this locations dining area is the largest I've seen.I found the staff to be not very polite as a whole here at this location. There was one particular staff member who curled her top lip and looked me up and down after I informed her that somebody has put their used hypodermic needle in the little sanitary napkin disposal bin in the women's restroom, so when staff is going to clean the restrooms please be mindful. instead of her saying, Thank You" she says to me "Who told you? how do you know?"I have now been sitting here in the restaurant for almost a full hour and NO STAFF has gone in to clean the womens restroom....Other than this....This is your regular Tim Hortons..."

Poor skilled staff! I don’t know if they know how to make iced caff? I ordered iced caff but they gave me milk shake I don’t know if they sell milk shake in their store too? Can’t even taste a coffee on it!
