Usher's Towing Service

Jeremy saved our bacon over the long weekend!! We slipped onto the lake bank on an access road. We weren't sure if we could pull it out without tipping it but Jeremy managed to get us out and back on the road. Super greatful for your help!

Recently had an issue with my motorcycle and unfortunately needed to have it 'towed' Called these guys and they were on site within 15 minutes.Operator was Roger and he definitely knew his way around his equipment. Initially I was a bit of a skeptic on his plan but I was so impressed with his attention to securement, safety and respect for my bike, it put my mind at ease. When we got to my place, he unloaded right into my garage. Not a mark on it!!!I highly recommend this company.

Got stranded late at night when a coolant hose blew. Ushers came and rescued our family of six, helped us find a hotel, and towed our van to a shop. Very prompt, professional service. 100% recommended.

We broke down on Hwy 3 just west of Osoyoos pulling our RV today. The Ford roadside assistance sent us two trucks from Ushers towing and these guys were amazing. We originally were going to have to have the truck towed to Penticton to the closest ford Dealership. They were going to allow us to store our trailer at their lot until it was fixed. When the two gentlemen showed up they did one better, they had the part we needed to get back on the road and home to Chilliwack safely. We can’t thank them enough for their great service.

After watching a tow truck driver from Ushers idle his truck at the lookout right beside at least 4-5 cars that pulled up with Children happily playing and looking at the gorgeous moon and trying to breathe fresh air, I have decided to never allow BCAA to book a tow from these guys if I call in for a tow. I was 500 feet away and could hear the lawnmower of a truck, can't imagine how lovely that was for the women and children trying to keep a look out ad ear out for their kids.This was 9:30 pm and not even hot and all the vans turned off their vehicles. For 45 minutes he sat doing this. No common courtesy. These are children...race doesn't matter, at the very least, nevermind the pollution and waste of gas.

Called BCAA cause my car all of a sudden was losing power to the engine. Pulled over to a safe place and told BCAA to send a tow truck for a low clearance sports car. Waited for a while and the gentleman showed up, got the car on the flatbed and dropped it off in front of the garage door at my home. Was very professional and cautious to not damage the underside of the car. Great job! Thank you very much.

Usher towing did an exceptional job towing my stricken race car from Area27 race track back to storage in Kelowna. 10 out of 10 service from the pleasant young man Kyle Agostinho that was sent on this job. He was very careful loading and unloading the low car, making sure not to scrape the front bumper cover. It not easy with such a low car but when it was looked like it was going to be close he even went into the truck to find a towel to put under the front bumper in case it did drag on the truck deck. If all the Usher towing operators are close to as careful and skilled as Kyle I would highly recommend this towing company. Great job!

Called BCAA for a tow and Ushers was here in no time. Driver was great!I really appreciate Ushers commitment to our community. I have never heard of another Tow company who annually gives away their services for a donation to a Food Bank. Last month they gave free service to Seniors.Thanks Ushers for a job well done!!

hottest day of the year and my car says no.right on a hill.5km from osoyoos.good thing it was 9pm or i would have roasted.their s a reason ushers have been in business for so many years. The tow truck driver s name was griz. he s the kind of guy you want to show up.he s made for this job.he has some interesting stories..to be honest i couldnt understand everything he said..french canadian.(no offence intended please).and my hearings not the greatest. I hope I dont require their service for a long time but if I do I hope griz shows up.I imagine all their drivers are cut from the same cloth though.thanks again.

We were near Bridesville on Hwy 3, heading to Kettle River for some camping. We experienced a blow out on our front, passenger tire. A call to BCAA brought Jeremy, faster than we'd expected. He jacked up our truck/camper unit , removed the damaged tire and installed our spare. He was knowledgable and efficient. Thank you Jeremy
