My husband has been receiving support from Come4Care for about 18 months. Our PSW, Jack is very conscientious, patient and attentive to my husband’s needs. He is flexible in the care that he provides to us. We feel very fortunate to have Jack’s assistance.

My dad suffered a stroke before Christmas (it’s his second time in 10 years). He didn’t lost his mobilization completely but his mind was so messed up and he can’t communicate properly to others. My parents live by themselves alone and they are both over 75. I feel so blessed that I received ComForCare Home Care’s help to match Anita (my dad’s PSW) to my family. Anita is able to communicate with my parents in Cantonese (my parents’ mother tongue), and she is so patient to help my dad in his critical recovery period. She helps my dad went through his most difficult time by practicing talking to him, guiding him to gain back his skill in writing and reading. She helps my dad to do exercises assigned by physiotherapist which help his balance in standing and walking. She is such an amazing lady who encourages everyone in the family. My dad is now back to a close-to-normal life. When my dad got a negative thinking, Anita will re-direct him to look at the situation from another angle to make him feel cheerful. My mom also benefits with Anita being around, my mom told me that she was less stressful and she got someone to talk to while she stuck at home to take care of my dad. My parents are both mentally healthy with Anita’s help. Thank you so much!I would like to thank Allen and Ben as well. Amazing service! Was nervous to get someone for my dad but Allen and Nida were great! Nida was so professional and friendly. They asked a lot of questions beforehand and were able to find someone with the experience that matched my specific requirements.
