Staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable. My orthotics were ready within the same week and have made a huge difference in the quality of my active life.

I had a thorough assessment done. The problems I was having with my feet were explained to me in a clear easy to understand manner. The orthotics were ready within one week and fit perfectly. I was able to complete my full exercise workout the very next day without the pain I was experiencing with my old pair of orthotics from another vendor.The office is extremely clean, the staff knowledgeable and friendly and the customer service of the highest quality. The recommended footwear was perfect for my workouts. I have nothing bad to say about my experience at Bio Ped.

I have to say after many years of a struggle to have an orthotic work for me, it was a great relief for me to find this orthotic gem of this industry! The front desk, Dana the receptionist was pleasant, friendly and professional. I was well cared for! Sean gave me a long consultation and was so patient, professional and I was able to share my concerns, health issues and create an orthotic that would be comfortable, supportive! He brought me into his work studio where we picked the materials together,to make my orthotic, including me in that process! He was amazing and completely understood my needs and concerns! Working with him was the best experience for me dealing with my foot needs! I'm happy to say I have them in my sandal, shoes and I'm confident they will help me in my day to day activities! I would highly recommend them .I'm thankful I found Sean and I appreciated his patience, friendly, caring personality and his commitment to resolve my foot care needs!

Great selection of shoes the staff are friendly and the place is very clean. They are very honest and don't pressure you into buying their products. I had a great experience and was able to find the answers I was looking for. I can see they truly want to help people. 100% reccomend. I am looking forward to getting my orthotics!

Bioped staff were friendly, professional, and provided great service. They were thorough, warned me of the temporary discomfort I'd feel while I got used to my orthotics, and followed up after a few weeks to see how they were feeling. Went in for orthotics for extremely sharp ankle pain when walking. Was able to get an appointment fairly quickly for an assessment. During the assessment everything was explained in detail as to why certain questions were being asked and their immediate findings. Had the orthotics fitted in a week and even received a followup phone call 4 weeks later to see how things were going or if I had any questions. Great staff, and amazing pre and post sale service. Highly recommended.

I have been a client of Bioped for over two years. Their customer service and attention to detail is remarkable. My feet have always been an important part of my physical health regime and with two failing hips at this time, it is important to me that I maintain excellent foot care including nail care by having a supportive and professional team like Bioped’s team . Today, I met Bobbi-Alissa for a consult as I recently had a foot surgery which involved my big toe. Wanting to ensure my toe nail would grow back healthy, avoiding any possible fungus, I took Kelsey’s and Dana’s recommendation to meet with Bobbi. Bobbi took the time to thoroughly examine my toe and remaining nail. Gave me reassurance that my toe nail was healthy and that it would grow back, and recommended the best type of product to help with its care between nail care sessions. It is always a pleasure visiting this Bioped Clinic. Great service and they work hard to meet your every need. This clinic has the benefit of a foot care nurse and she provided me great care with my feet. I am definitely going back.
