Working with Tara has been nothing shy of a great experience. She’s down to earth , understanding and just an all around great person. Working with her has provided me with many great tools for better mental health and clarity.

I had an incredible hypnotherapy experience with Tara.I was a bit concerned about not being able to be hypnotized but Tara is good at what she does. She has a way of creating a space that is very safe and very calming.Part of the hypnotherapy session focused on getting to the root cause of one issue that I was looking to overcome. It was surprising what came up. Something hidden in my subconscious mind for almost my entire lifetime!There was a good release of parts that no longer serve me and this will be interesting to see how this affects my future.Also, Tara did a process of helping me to access a glimpse of my future self as well as my future purpose which was very nice as I was seeking direction on this.I was super pleased with my session and feel like I was blessed with some solid answers.I highly recommend Tara as she has a wonderful gift to work with people in a way that is extremely helpful.As a side note, the experience is extremely relaxing which is beautiful in itself.ColleenKelowna, BC

I had a wonderful Hypnosis experience with Tara. She is kind, friendly and very real in her words. One big thing I loved with the way Tara works is that she offers online sessions that I can do on my own time and in my own chosen place. I enjoyed her weightless hypnosis in the comfort of my own home. I am looking forward to more sessions with her and definitely recommend booking a seeing with Tara.

It works! I highly recommend Tara and both her breathwork and hypnotherapy classes. I had the pleasure of working with Tara for both and I found them each so beneficial in different ways. The breathwork helped with my anxiety and it's so easy to apply at home. I now use her technique at home to eliminate stress and lower my blood pressure. It's incredible how something as easy as breathing can make such a huge difference. And with the hypnotherapy and Reiki treatment, Tara was able to find the root of my issue. It was transforming.
