Heavenly Stairs and Custom Interiors Limited

I am being generous with one star. I purchased treads, Newell’s and railing from them as well as custom stain. The stain is about 5 shades of the wrong color and the owner of the store is about the worst when it comes to customer service. From my experience and interactions with them they seem not to care at all about customer service. There has been some weird business practices that I consider to be unethical. I made an appointment to speak to the owner as he is supposed to know about his product, on the day of the appointment his sales girl called and told me that if i needed to put down payment or deposit that was non refundable if I did not purchase any thing after meeting with the owner. Talk about unethical sales pressure. She was not able to answer my questions about their products or would have to ask him and get back to me. This was a great start to a set of very unpleasant interactions with a company that does not care about customer service. I’m a rugmaker/ crafts person for forty years and haven’t had to deal with any company like this in the past. I am so surprised they are still in business. They don’t deserve any stars or anyone’s business either. I did not have them do any work after looking at the shoddy work in their showroom. Greg seems to be overpaid and under qualified to run any business.

Knowledgeable staff

Craigs quality of service is consistently lacking . Not sure if it has always been the case or is the result of the pandemic but he is rushing jobs at the cost of quality . I paid him in full over 5 months ago and he promised to change a tread and finish the stair work he started. I’ve made constant calls to verify when it would be completed and he just stops communicating . All my communication now is through his admin . I’ve decided to cut my losses on the mis aligned tread and missing plugs on the glass 10k+ stair case and just have someone else finish it . Absolutely with a doubt the worst sub I’ve had to deal with in the last 10 years of development . Incredibly disappointing .

Excellent service and product. Purchased laminate flooring to replace some aging, beat up hardwood. The laminate is beautiful and has been great with our 1 year old. No scratches yet.Heavenly Stairs installed the floor and they did an excellent job. There were two minor issues that came up after the initial installation but they were back that week to correct. Very quick and great price.
