Pharmacist is always late and this place sometimes can't open at 9am. Went to pick up my mothers meds yesterday at 9am and still at 9.30 it was closed and i had to drive to St Thomas for work. So never got the meds was late for my job and wasted my time waiting for this place to open on time. Incompetence and dissrespect towards it's clients and customers. This is not the first time this place has been late opening.Also not that friendly either. Will be shopping and a transfer of meds to another location besides AIM.

I've been going to this pharmacy for years and if there's ever been a problem the owner has been able to fix it. I believe that was when it had previous owners so in not really sure how well this management would handle any disputes or issues. Otherwise it's a nice basic pharmacy that are generally pretty quick with prescriptions and always pleasant to feel with.

Yesterday morning I had a miscommunication w my former pharmacy over an expected delivery & decided to change. I'm disabled & need an affordable pharmacy that can deliver. I called Aim to inquire abt the switch & spoke to a WONDERFUL employee, Victoria, who took the time to answer all my questions & gave me such confidence in the business that I decided to switch immediately. Despite having to deal w my multiple calls & many issues transferring, both Victoria & the pharmacist Vishal were patient, kind & quick. Vishal also answered my medication questions & helped me select extra items that I needed. Both were absolutely WONDERFUL!I doubt this is normal, & don't expect it to be, bit less that 3 hrs after I made my 1st call my full order was at my door!That was one heck of an awesome 1st time experience! 5 stars!!!

I get my medication in blister packs. The great thing about this pharmacy is that I don't have to wait when I show up, as it is a recurring set of prescriptions I pick up. I show up, say my name, and they hand me the package. Three minutes later I'm out of there. I don't know what it is about pharmacies, but I hate waiting in them. This is one where I never have to wait. If it's a new prescription, they fill it in ten minutes, so I drop off the requisition, I go out to the corridor, sit down and breathe. Come back in time to pick it up. The staff is very respectful, helpful, and polite. I love coming here. Only one problem: they are not open on week-ends. It's not a thing I'd ding them even half a star, but it would be more convenient to be able to drop in on Saturdays or Sundays. Minor inconvenience. I'm very satisfied with the service, the attitude and the precision of prescription filling. Oh, and the place is super-clean.

Over priced items ! I bought a 88 piece laundry tabs for almost 60$ thinking it would be a reasonable price to the market. Later that week I saw the same item in various supermarkets for around 25-30$ max !
