Lena was excellent in helping book training and with timely correspondence. Very kind, helpful and professional at all times.The training itself was very informative and well administered.

Called the service department twice. First time was an automated call back. Didn't happen. Second time got a hold of service department with an issue with a code. Was told they would call me back when technician got back from the field. Didn't happen. One day later and still know follow up. Really bad service. I guess my business isn't worth while to Williams Machinery.

Came into the Kelowna Branch and needed some parts for my Bobcat. Both the Parts and Service departments were exceptionally helpful!

Called the parts department and spoke with Kasey...She was awesome ..went out of her way to help ...thx Kasey...hope you watched the hey gu gu video

Some Jack-ss driving one of their trucks waited till the last second to decide he wanted to turn and almost rammed into the side of me to make it happen.

Outstanding service and great people! Very knowledgeable and very helpful any time I've visited. On my last visit their help even went as far as taking time out of their busy day to help us boost our vehicles battery after it had died while making a visit to the store, thanks again guys!

Kings of the RIP OFF!I delivered my Bobcat to Williams Machinery, Kelowna with a noise behind the seat. I told them I thought it was the cooling belt idler and asked what it would cost to fix it. I was told it was in fact the pulley had not only lost the key from the keyway but also the set screws were missing. Estimated time to fix was 8 to 9 hours at $150/hour plus tax, and $225 in parts plus the $150 for an hour they had already spent.Total cost approx. $2,000.I don't know of any mechanic that charges $150/hour.I paid the $150, picked it up and fixed it myself in less than 3 hours with a total parts cost of $65 including tax.I will never darken their door again. Honesty is not their policy!

Called Williams Machinery in Kelowna after calling every bobcat dealer in the states. Talked to a nice young lady Kacy in parts who was able to find me the last belt known to existence before bobcat starts making them again. She got it shipped overnight for me and helped me out of this pickle I was in. Thank you!
