Jason was excellent. This was my first mortgage and there was a lot of issues getting everything sorted out. Jason cares about helping people and he will do is best to get back to you in a timely manner if you have any questions. Jason is a true proffessional and I would recommend his agency to anyone looking for a mortgage.

Jason is simply amazing. We bought our first home roughly two years ago and there were some hills to climb, but Jason never got discouraged and never let us feel the pressure. As first time home buyers, I can only imagine what a challenge we were lol. He was there every step of the way, and fought for us to get the absolute best rates and to make sure we were being treated fairly. I remember going to sign papers at the lawyers office, leaving to pick up the down payment, and when we got back our lawyer told us that our mortgage broker managed to get us an even better interest rate during the short hour we were away! Least to say we were very lucky!! We now live 1 hour and 45 minutes from Regina, but you bet we will ALWAYS go through Jason for our mortgage needs, he is really worth it!! We have recommended him to every single friend who is in the market.

Believe me when I say Jason is the best mortgage broker in town and I have worked with a few in my lifetime, yes I am that old already. My case was not an easy one but with Jason’s determination and knowledge of the system, we were able to clear all the roadblocks in our way. Another side of Jason is that he genuinely cares about his customers and their situations. Jason takes a lot of pride in his work and I would highly recommend him as the mortgage broker to go to. And yes he does also have a cool office.
