Lorraine Snyder was great to work with. She and her assistant Joslyn were understanding, efficient, and professional. They really went the extra mile when the situation got more challenging. ZERO STAR! Im a new client and i just called to book an appointment for a lawyer and the Lady who answered the phone is so rude! She ask me what is it all about and i told her wait for a minute i am reading the text who send me the referral and arrangement making sure i mentioned the right words. She told me that i dont have time to seat here and wait for you while you are reading a text." And she keep yelling on the phone..who is this? What's your name? What's your name?? As she doesn't want to allow me to talk to the phone. She is so rude. First impression not a very good start to have a business with them. You are in the Law firm office and you acted like that? Wow!So disappointed"

Lorraine Snyder was amazing to work with. She was empathetic and understanding and took the time to understand the complexity of my divorce. She also ensured that I didn’t push further then appropriate and helped me win more then I was asking for in court. I highly recommend her and her entire team. They were prompt, precise, and easy to get ahold of. I really felt they cared about my family.

Due to lack of communication and as Allen sproule put it technical difficulties. He failed to present any evidence in my hearing when it came to my kids which made the judge decide what was best for my children. He breached confidentiality and told the opposed party the entirety of our conversation. I fired him then he had the nerve to show up at court over the monitor and make it seem as though it was due to my lack of communication. He let down 3 kids and I would not recommend him. If you want to win your case and actually do what's best for your children DO NOT HIRE HIM.

Doug is a lawyer you want to hire. He has helped me tirelessly throughout my legal issues. it was the most difficult and stressful time in my life, but Doug by my side, i got through it . Cheryl is equally great . Her attention to detail is very commendable . They went above and beyond for me. Doug and Cheryl make an excellent team. i highly recommend this firm. You won't be disappointed!

She helped me with no judgement ever and I was so comfortable with her to the point that I will miss her now. You would think the staff at a law firm would know better than to throw their cigarette butts on public streets in front of passing cars. Apparently this firm is unaware that littering" is still illegal."
