This week my wife and I took possession of our first house and I wanted to give a huge thanks to Kent Braaten. We looked for many months at over 30 homes and every time we went out Kent was incredible. He shifted his own personal life to accommodate our insane schedule, he was very straightforward with the positive and negatives of each home we looked at and didn't waste our time trying to get us into a home that wasn't right for us. Most importantly when we saw a vacant lot we wanted to live in but never thought we could do it within our budget, Kent went to bat for us and with the help of the amazing people at Montana Homes we were able to get our dream home. Not only that anytime anything came up he was on it right away, explaining every little detail to us as we had no clue what we were doing, but I was very confident moving forward because of Kent's expertise.Let it be known I am not the type of guy to complain publiclly about people and it takes an outstanding experience for me to publicly praise someone but I cannot say enough how amazing Kent is. You will never find a more honest hard working realtor than Kent and you would be crazy to go with anyone else.

Kent was a life-saver in helping me buy my first home! He was always happy to give advice and point out important aspects of the homes we looked at. Not once did I feel overwhelmed during the home-searching process. And I’ve never seen someone respond so fast to my texts! Thanks, Kent.

What a privilege to work with Kent in the home purchase process. Kent negotiates the best purchase price for the client once they have found their dream home. Each of my clients I have referred to him have advised, he's calm and there is no pressure to buy. If they like the house they put an offer in, if they don't, then they move onto the next property.His knowledge of the industry as a whole, from getting a client preapproved for their mortgage to the time the deal closes at the lawyer's office makes me confident that I can refer my clients to him and that they will be well looked after.

I watch 15 videos on youtube and 9 of them are Kents ad and I am tired of seeing the same ad over an over.

Kent Braaten is amazing, that is all i can say. He works around the clock for us and helps us find not only a house but a home. He went to the end of the world to help us, drove countless hours, worked on his computer until all hours of the night and I can not thank him enough! Being a first time home buyer the whole experience was very exciting. When we met with Kent we had no idea what to expect as we had never done this before. He was okay in the beginning while showing us houses although he had a tendency to be late for the majority of our appointments. When we put an offer in on our house the seller didn't get back to us when they should have. I would expect a realtor to keep me in the loop in a situation like this; that was not the case with Kent. I felt he had too much on his plate at once and he didn't take the time and effort with us at all. On the date of our possession (a day that my family and I should hold dear to our hearts) he simply popped by my work and dropped off a single key to our new home. He told me he would call me in a week or so to see how we were settling in and I never heard from him again until I wrote him an e-mail a few months later. Months have past since we took possession of our home and our experience with Kent still upsets me.
