I have lived here almost a year. The people at the office are very professional and helpful, the apartments are very clean and nice also secure :) there is a 1 year lease, and most will need a co-signer and 100$ to put down with an application. They get back to you in about 24 hours after that :)

We have been in contact with Victoria Robinson now for many many months, she has been great. She has gave us step by step instructions and really has gone above and beyond with answering everything little question in an extremely timely manner. Absolutely no problems and if anyone is interested in these apartments I really suggest talking to Victoria.

3 times I've had people unlawfully enter my apartment without prior notice (Which is in violation of the landlord tenant act) at the hands of this company. The most recent of times they sent a plumber with the express instructions that he could enter my apartment if I didn't answer. This resulted in him walking into my apartment WITH HIS CHILD while my fiance and I were half naked sleeping on our bed with our bedroom door wide open. This company constantly breaches privacy and has no regard for their tenants. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I would put -20 stars.I would not recommend renting from Doug and Carol Arnold. The son in law Mike and wife Sarah. Or daughter Sarah and neice Makayla. I excepted a apartment at 451 water St and was moved into a bed bug infested building. After 3 years of dealing with it, damaged iteams etc. I called them out on it and was done being so helpful. I had nothing but great things said about my tenancy until I called them out on getting the bed bugs dealt with once and for all. They lied to me about the bed bugs, treaments done while away without notice. Inspector working with them not for them. The inspector Nathen also unlawful enter my apartment. public health and property standards were also lied to in regards to bed bugs and the maintance. I caught doug, carold, mike (property manager, little tiny red head) and the bed bug inspector on camera entering my unit to many times to count. Doug and Carol were entering daily, less then 10minutes after I left for work. Doug would loosen my breakers for lights and stove. I lived without a fridge for 4 months. I was harassed to no end and stoked by Doug. He stole from me, Vehical entered, went threw my personal iteams and shared information within my employment and fellow employees who he also rented to on parkhill st. I was lied to about whom rented the unit before me. These people are criminals. Shady is an understatement. I have only listed a few things. If you want to keep your dignity, privacy and self worth DO NOT rent from these people. AON PROPERTIES, QAS properties and other DO YOUR REASEARCH AND GET A SECURITY CAMERA!!

Worst people to rent from in Peterborough. Terrible service, terrible apartments and pricing. I do not recommend renting or dealing with them. It not worth it.

AON charged me $2000 for a broken window they have 0 proof of me doing. It was in their lobby, and because I called to let them know it happened, they charged ME. They threatened to take me to court if I didn't pay but REFUSED to show me ANYTHING that showed it was my fault. Ron then *lost* the money I sent and continued to threaten me. I've been asking for some sort of proof but the company has not provided me with anything. DO NOT RENT HERE! THEY ALSO HAVE BED BUGS.Ron is also an antivaxxer so BE CAREFUL AROUND THE OFFICE.

Fitness room has been closed for months on end with no sign of reopening. They've also eliminated the ability to pay rent through your bank, meaning if you don't want to use their app that is developed and owned by an American company that is well known for selling client data, you have to go down to the office during their incredibly restricted hours to pay in person.

The $50 monthly charge just for having a small ac unit that i maybe use 2hr a day max is insane like we don't pay enough rent already lol see how much they come out ahead when I start leaving every light,tv,appliance,heat and ac on 24/7 and leave water running for a few hours a day lol

Nice and affordable apartments. Good facilities on a budget. Overall a safe place and good people around.

worst company ever. they do not care about you or your apartment and they especially don’t care if you have bugs in your apartment. they’re impossible to talk to with their office only being open a few hours a day. they need to fix their policies when it comes to random people showing up without giving you a time. we’ve had pest control in once already and the bugs came back. now it’s like playing cat and mouse to just get them to send someone in to spray it again. if i could give 0 stars i would. can’t wait to leave!
