Went to pick up a parcel on the only day I could get down, it's quite a commitment for me as I live out of town. The girl at the front desk was sick and they couldn't find anyone to replace her so they just shut for the day? Is there seriously only one person you have on hand to do that job?

Package arrived on Sunday night with “ Item processedKelowna, BC”.Then it sat there for 2 days. It’s Tuesday now and it still hasn’t moved from the facility. No “out for delivery” yet and the customer support is a zero, “I can look up your tracking to give you the most up to date update” and then rambling the cliche excuses they’re given.How helpful, it’s as if I didn’t type in my own tracking number to see the most up to date info before wasting my time on hold.Amazing job Canada post, way to treat an “express shipped item”, just keep pushing the expected delivery date back.

Worst service ever, tehy have lost several packages of mine with out ever finding them and they have even delivered packages to other houses on my street and left it at their front door as I found one of my packages 6 houses down my street with my name on it and just laying on the front step of the home. There is no real work ethic at this business.
