I have had to replace my water softener (Sears). I called Culligan and rep Lypje met with me that afternoon. Seamless install by Craig a few days later. Both knowledgeable, professional, transparent and sincere. Thank you again for making this hassle free!

I've had the reverse osmosis water filtration system for years and regular servicing is fine. My water softener has been replaced once, I purchased a reconditioned one and it has been fine. I order multiple bags of salt at a time and delivery has been excellent, even when I've had to make a special request. Setting up appointments by phone has always been courteous and efficient. All interactions with Culligan have been excellent. Thanks

I paid cash, service I was requiring was too much for what I was getting.. My son let me know and when he cancelled the order and picked up my salt was told since I paid cash. I now have a 2 to 3 week wait for my refund by cheque.. I have been with Culligan for 10 years.. Very disappointed.. In the slow return of my money. Not to mention customer service was not impressive.. Said they would call me back and didn't..

My culligan water softner is only 6 years and it has stopped working. Because it has been paid out i had to pay for the service fee $200 and was told the resin needs to be replaced. I live in Cambridge and am pretty disappointed for the quality of product this is of. My options are now either to rent /finance one at a full cost which is quite a big amount approx $4000 or try fixing the resin and that too at my expense if that solution didn't work then i would have wasted my $500 plus $200 for technician fee. Not to forget my plumbing fixtures all needs to be replaced and plumbing cost is separate which is another big cost ! My personal consumer experience with culligan has been disappointed and would not recommend this brand for they are built not to last and is a rip off. I was told these are meant to last at least 15 years. When i asked them what they can do to fix this .. simply nothing. super disappointed and total rip off. !!! if this is the service people are going to lose the trust and divert to other brands.

I've been going here to buy solar salt for my water softener. The ladies at the front desk are always nice and helpful especially, Lypje, one of their water experts, who gave me advices on how to clean my softener. Thanks, Lypje!

We just moved to the City of Cambridge and noticed our Culligan Water Softener had not been used in YEARS!!! (no salt in the brine tank whatsoever). The staff at Culligan - Cambridge were so kind. They came over multiple times to test our water quality and help us restart the Water Softener and I'm proud to say it's working just as new. No expenses were incurred with this issue. My wife and I are both happy customers of Culligan - Cambridge.

I had a problem with my old water softener system but I was not happy with the service call. I decided to shut off the system and not to use it anymore and wrote an one star Google review. The owner replied and asked me to contact them which I did. I talked to the owner and the support manager reached out to me to solve the problem. Finally I decided to buy a new system and very happy with the whole process. I am extremely happy with the company and how they treat their customers. Well done!

Heather was a very polite and professional salesperson who answered any and all questions I had before deciding to purchase a new softener from you. Also, the technician who came to my house and did the installation was very friendly and respectful to keep the work tidy and efficient. Wish I remembered his name. He gave me some extra knowledge about the type of salt to use that is ideal as well to maximize the performance of our system and extend it's life span. I liked it so much that I recommended it to neighbors as well and another person purchased through my referral. The only negative is that I haven't heard anything regarding my referral bonus from you guys. It's now approaching one month since. Aside from that, it was a great experience.
