This agency is awful. They do minimal work, cause you lot of stress and money. Even to other Persians… avoid them!!

The worst experience!Most of the time I purchase my tickets online without any problem. This time I wanted to travel with my small puppy and it was very important for me to have him in this trip so I prefer to do it with an agency! They were unprofessional and got my ticket without getting confirmation for my dog and they tried to do it a week before the flight date! And obviously they couldn't and I received an email that shows that flight met pet in cabin limitation!So, my whole plan ruined! I had a horrible time before my vacation!And the worst part was impolite behavior of the manager! She even didn't cooperate for sending an email to Airlines!I would never go there again!

If you want to do more with details I don't recommend this agency.Their manager has no knowledge about details.My friend and I have got some misleading information from this agency about baggage damage, pet ticket and on sale tickets.
