If you are looking for a gym that is fun, energetic, effective and clean, F45 is the one! They have amazing trainers that support and correct your form during each workout! They are very friendly and know every member by name! F45 offers multiple class times each day that can accommodate busy schedules! They have an easy to use app to book your classes ahead of time! And best of all, they mix up the workouts each day which keeps it exciting to come every time! I highly recommend F45! They even offer a 7 day trial!

F45 is a fantastic gym for people of all fitness levels! As a student, attending classes that maximize workout intensity in a short time period has made improving my fitness on a busy schedule achievable. The trainers make you feel welcome and provide tips regarding form and technique that ensure your safety and continued improvement. They normally offer a free trial, so I would definitely give that a shot if you are interested!

Highly recommend F45! I was very nervous to start coming here as I thought I wasn’t “fit” enough. Not having much experience with a gym before made it even more challenging to take the plunge to come. Boy was I wrong! Amazing atmosphere, exceptional coaches who fix your form and help you every step of the way. Each work out is different which makes it even more fun. They have a 7 day trial you can try which ever classes you want before signing up for a membership! Very happy to say F45 is my gym.Lisa King

I haven't stopped coming back since I signed up about 3 years ago. I started at the Stoneridge location but Evergreen is as fun and good since the coaches rotate in both!All the trainers and owner(s) are amazing. They have great energy, are encouraging, and keep you fit as much as you want as well!The workouts (F45) is well known around the world!You have to try it!

F45 is a great community, you can meet some awesome people there! Everyone is so kind to one another! You not only get to meet great people but you also get an amazing workout to go along with it! I would 100% recommended coming here

F45 offers challenging, unique, and enjoyable workouts! The trainers are always friendly and welcoming, and the community atmosphere is like no other! The 45 minute classes are convenient yet do not compromise on intensity. I always leave feeling accomplished!

Awesome place to workout with a lot of different workout routines, it’s very fun.The trainers are all amazing, they are always there to correct your form.Place is very clean and organized making sure everyone are wiping down the equipment after they are done. #Covid Safe

I love the workouts that F45 offers, they push you out of your comfort zone and leave you feeling mentally and physically stronger! The coaches are knowledgeable, approachable and motivating and create a very comfortable environment! F45 has an awesome community and I love going here!
