Roberta Place Retirement Lodge

Such a lovely place! My grandma was taken care of so well we love it here! Staff was very friendly, Katherine especially was amazing!

My experience with Roberta Place leaves me concerned for any senior with cognitive impairments or physical limitations moving or considering moving here. My father moved to Roberta Place in the early stages of dementia. He was assessed by other retirement residences and declined because they felt unable to meet and provide the safe living space he needed. The team at Roberta Place confidently assured my family and I that he was appropriate for their facility and that they would be able to safely provide for his needs. After he wandered away on one of the coldest days of the year I was obliged to sign a waiver releasing Roberta Place of any responsibility should this happen again. When I found an alternative living space that was safe, secure and responsible, unlike Roberta Place, I moved my father. Despite Roberta Place admitting to their inability to safely care for my father, I was forced to pay a month's rent for a vacant apartment. This place is unethical and unsafe for any senior with health concerns.

Management should care more about residents and staff.

Friendly staff. Well organized and clean. Residents are well looked after.

This facility provides excellent value quality and service at a very affordable price. All staff and professional and friendly. Meals are served with care and attention to customers requirements.. This establishment is very clean and professionally managed with attention to detail. All residents were very friendly and welcoming, there are many activities available to those who wish to participate. Overall this facility has a great vibe and in my opinion is highly recommended

Review for Roberta Place Retirement Lodge, not the long term care facility on the same property which I had not visited. Staff appears friendly, helpful, and retirement building appears clean and well kept. Very good selection of daily events and programs residents may participate in.

I recently returned to work at Roberta Place Retirement Lodge! I am so pleased to work with such a progressive company and with a strong management team. The overall atmosphere is positive and uplifting and I couldn't be happier to be back :)
