I did my test 48 hours before my flight and they guaranteed the results by 5pm next day. I waited till 5pm the next day but results didn't come. The phone number didn't answer either. After an anxious half an hour I could eventually talk to someone in Calgary and they sent the results.The testing at the pharmacy however was quick and the personnel were friendly.

Testing and results provided in time-frame promised. So points for efficiency. Customer service is lacking in a big way. An attempt to be friendly to the person paying $110.00 for an antigen test would go a long way.

Customer service excellent. My wife received her results the next day by 1:00 however I didn’t receive mine until 4:00 which is within the time frame but it was worrisome to get it quite a bit later. I also would recommend going later in the day. Our appointment was at 10:00 am and the time is date/time on the results. If you have multiple flights you may not be in the 72 hour period. As a result I would go for same day testing/results

We are highly disappointed about the service. After cancelling the appointment, there is no auto refund system. I had to send an email for a refund. Even after sending an email, there was no refund. So we started following on the phone, but no senior officer/ manager attended our phone. They said they will call back but didn't. And finally it took 10-12 weeks to get our refund back since appointment was canceled.

Horrible!!! This place has no accountability whatsoever. They gave us the wrong result back that wasn't ours. It stated the wrong date and time, therefore, it was inaccurate. As a result of this, we were denied boarding into Air Canada because the PCR date was issued wrong. I called you guys many times and said the manager will give me a call, yet it has been close to a week no call back. I sent an email and all appropriate documents. No reply. I will have to go file a report with the board as you guys left us no option.

Review on my Mum-in-law experience. She carried out her test. It was smooth and went well.We waited until 4pm the following day and did not get the result yet.We got a review link without any result yet.We are keeping fingers crossed result is out before her flight tomorrow morning.Giving 3 stars as She did not get her result at 4pm next day

After paying $250 and expecting the result to be available next day before 5 pm, that was not met. ​I called around noon to confirm that the result would be available before 5 pm and they assured me that it will not be an issue. Around 4:45 pm, someone from the lab called and informed me that the sample collected was not correct due to which they had to run the tests 3 times as the first two were undeceive. They shared that the result around 5:45 that the result was negative. It was the same situation for my wife as we did the test together.I was suppose to fly the next day and didn't had time to get retest done as it was already 5 pm when the call ended. It was a really nerve wracking situation as we could have missed our flight.Would not recommend this place as other places available for similar price and get results delivered much faster.

I booked an appointment on Thursday oct 7th. The testing was done efficiently and the service was great. I did not receive my results by 5 pm the next day. I had to cancel my flight and hotel as I was suppose to leave this morning at 9:25. I’m now having to pay certain fees because of the cancellation. I’ve tried calling, leaving a message and sending an e-mail but have heard nothing and still don’t have my results.

Friendly staff, helped us with problems that we were unable to solve on our own, and conducted PCRs with our fussy kids in a way that got us in and out of there pretty quickly and without any issues. I had no issues with this clinic but I *DID* have issues with the company itself, whose website does not make things clear enough, and who did a pretty bad job of answering their phones. They also did not respond to my email because they gave me the incorrect address! Also, when we got our results, 3 of the 4 came together and the other came 90 minutes after. Talk about nerve-wrecking! Still, all's well that ends well, I suppose. We got negative test results and were able to return to Japan...

Great Service. They delivered on their promise to send the results in 24hrs. Trusted them, started my trip and I got my results in due time just before my main flight.
