The people who run this store have no respect for their customers.I called to ask if they have a 10 10 micron filter cartridge. They said they "have everything" and told me to come by because they're "local" (whatever relevance this held to my question). When I drove to the store

Very poor customer service, not to mention our 2 year old tap started to leak in our brand new home. Poor service and quality wouldnt recomend.

I spent yesterday searching for a valve for a 30 year old faucet. I literally visited every plumbing store between Nanaimo and Parksville, and I know where I will be taking ANY future business based on the experience. I arrived at Wolseley, and was directed by a receptionist who came to the staff front door to enter via the consumer entrance where they have a retail store filled with supplies. There were two people engaged in a conversation about vacation destinations as I entered. I wasn't acknowledged, not even by making eye contact. The staff were totally oblivious, even though I paused for a moment, waiting to be challenged or questioned. I could see the wall with valves and fittings past the checkout counter to my right, and since it appeared that no one was interested in assisting, I made my way there. No luck, as I'd already experienced in the last several locations. But what made this place different (not in a good way) was the total disinterest in the fact that a customer had entered. I don't take going in search of something during a pandemic lightly. I spent 10 minutes in this store, and I'll never drive an hour out of my way as a prospective customer again. Ever.

Duncan was extremely helpful.I was having trouble locating a part for a pop up drain and Duncan found exactly what was needed.Awesome Service.
