I had an emergency situation today and Keith came out and fixed it. He was honest, professional and the fee was very reasonable. The office staff was great too when I called as they answered my questions. Such a good feeling to know that there are trustworthy businesses that won't take advantage of a problem and say it's a bigger one.

We are trying to install risers on septic tank and grease trap. They have been great to work with and saved the post several hundred dollars that we can keep in the community while we do work ourselves.

Excellent company. Keith is fantastic. He was able to frack our drain field and extend the life of our system. We continue to go back year after year for pumping and trust their service.

Call late Thursday afternoon, first home with Septic and it was full we were in deep doo-do. I told I could wait til Friday morning. They were on site 830 professional and clean. Great service for first time customer and set me up for my next cleaning so I don't have to be concerned with backing up again. Highly recommend

My tank hadn’t been pumped in quite awhile. I called another service and was told in a very condescending way “we won’t pump systems that have not been properly maintained”. I called Garsides and got on the schedule. They did say Keith would inspect the tank when he cleaned it. Keith showed up as promised and very professionally cleaned the tank and answered my questions. After the first company, I was very concerned about having to replace the system but Keith assured me all was fine. Thanks Keith. I love bumper sticker on the truck, “we carry milk on weekends”

I never thought I'd be writing a review on a septic company...however, Keith is such an incredibly helpful guy! I had an issue in my house, and was completely unsure of who to call to help with the issue. I thought of him first, because other times he has been to my house he's helped with a few other unrelated things. I first spoke on the phone with him to describe the problem. He thought through it and suggested something for me to try. I tried it and it didn't work. He then came out to my house, looked around, checked the septic, and found there is a different issue that is causing the problem. He told me what the simple fix will be. I haven't yet done it - he literally left my house 30 minutes ago, but I felt compelled to write this to commend him for his resourcefulness, his positivity, and his eagerness to be a solution provider!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!
