It's under construction which is acceptable; however, what's not fair is trying to locate which room you are supposed to go to for anyone or yourself. If you call, expect a 15-minute automated attendant in French and English, not giving you the options. To pick your desired language first to expedite the process, then proceed to push buttons until your stress and anxiety reach maximum capacity, only to realize you then will be put on hold for an additional 45 minutes and probably end up pressing the wrong button at some point so get ready to hang up and start all over.

Extremely poor service and rude staff. Never pick up the phone

The phone just rings and rings like does anyone actually work in the office ?

I actually work here. The entrance is currently under renovation for those asking but the inside is very beautiful. Inside of the courtrooms are also very nice.

It's appalling,shockingly corrupt and a playground of swarms of evils and criminals that taxpayers are paying for. Constables would hurt you in the execution of Bench warrant ,barbarically caused and setup by Duty CounselKristie Bloomfield whose mandate instead,is to help but who would laugh along with the Sadistic Constables, while you're complaining of pain due to oppressive and violent manner of arrest .A chance of becoming a victim of crime is way way higher inside this this court house than being outside . They abuse the vulnerable the helpless and the weak .No empathy on human beings.May God the most powerful curse these people and their generations!!!

8 hour shift, but they only work 4 hours... And the person who filed charges against me wants to drop them, but crown attorney wont call them back... so now im stuck losing work to go to court for something that is pointless... I dont even know when my court date is, and the desk dont answer so I can find out... so Idk what im supposed to do...

They don't response email or phone call. Are they monitor their email? Terrible. Suppose they are paid by the government?

If you attend in person, between required hours, 9-11 am and 2-4 pm, service is fine. Trying to call in is dismal, long messages, (still about Covid), then they tell you to press # you require, then another long message so you press the right #, and after all that it goes to mailbox and their mailbox says (Jokes on you), it's full, and tells you to call back later. They may think it's funny, that they provide service for only 4 hrs to the public and don't answer the phone, but I don't. No accountability!

Terrible experience with rude staff who need to learn how to talk to people. Just rude and disrespectful.

Had to go for Jury duty. My only complaint was the entrance was hard to find. As they were doing renovations to the front door .
