I will make a separate review for the doctor. I am rating the receptionist, I do not know her name as she is hiding behind the computer, the Flexi glass and all her stuff, doctor wants us to schedule after 6 months again I came out and waited, as there were no signs (i.e. lunch break, or be back at...) Then as I wait this is about 11 and I have waited 10 minutes, she came out and said, O, I am on my lunch break, I won't be back till 11:45 - she wouldn't take a few minutes of her precious time to confirm knowing that construction, traffic and parking are a great factors to consider in this location. I waited for a call as well as promised, she said she will schedule, did not receive any. Such a lousy service, undeserving for the great doctors who work there, they should change their support staff. Very rude!!! Rude!!

Had a bad reaction to my covid vaccine, spent a little while getting tossed around for exemption and ended up here....didn't even get passed a phone call - felt like I was wasting her time and was told my coverage wasn't adequate enough (dal, military, and provincial) to cover the test so I'd like to know what they accept. Have to go to a regular clinic now and sit in qe2 emergency parking afterwards and hope that the vaccine doesn't trigger a worse reaction.

I have not even been to my appointment yet, however after my experience on the phone with their receptionist I did feel the need to leave a review, which I will mention I never do. For someone that is interacting with the public as her job requirement, her client interaction skills are lacking to put it as kindly as possible. She was able to help me rebook, which is also her job requirement. However, she cut me off as I tried to speak several times and her tone was very obviously not having any sort of empathy or kindness associated throughout the call. Reading through some of the other reviews it looks like I'm not the first person to experience this either.

I spoke with one of the doctors there today about getting tested for allergies. She asked me a series of questions and determined that what I have are food sensitivities and not allergies (I already knew this but my doctor thought it would be a good idea anyway and I agreed). She proceeded to talk down to me as if I didn't know the difference. She said she didnt see the sense in testing me as if I'm not have an anaflactic reaction, there is no need. So I brought up the point that when my son was little, he was tested, no questions asked. She was quit curt and sighed a lot saying fine

Doctors great, receptionists rude as hell. Not friendly at all on the phone. One even questioned my request of not having a tasting test for my daughters allergy when I said I'd like to just rebook her regular testing instead. Not her position to protest my decisions. Phones take forever to be answered and when they are you are met with people that clearly hate their jobs.

So far my experience is not great. The Doctors seem well and knowledgeable no question there. Staff and other reception are cold, unwelcoming, seem quite lost in the day to day runnings. I have had to update my information 3 times. This does not seem to get communicated throughout our charts. Phone lines are inconsistent, office is closed or phone lines state closed well after posted opening hours. Voicemail is turned off. Seems I am doing more communicating and follow up on my own, and I am in the same profession. Just not what I expect from a company that's lists itself as professional and experienced.

Dr. Laucesta is wonderful and so kind when explaining anything. She is so knowledgeable about answering any questions, doctors get 5 stars! However, Receptionist’s are so rude and don’t seem to have any customer service when it comes to talking to patients in the office or over the phone.Had my first initial appointment at beginning of January 2020, for whatever reason my viles were delayed getting shipped (this was far before COVID shut everything down) and never heard anything from them for months because the front desk receptionist told me to only contact reve pharmacy about any questions related to shipment and payment for viles, so I was only in contact with them other than the one time I called the front desk which they gave me no answers just the number to call receipt pharmacy again. Then after months of hearing nothing I called the front desk and they were upset that I hadn’t called them earlier about this issue.....It’s now September and I’m just having my first shot. Also since my viles were shipped so long ago they will expire before I even get to use them up so I’ll have to pay out of pocket next time.First time writing a negative review ever but every time I call about the issue it gets brushed off and no one seems to try and do anything to make my experience better, other than rudely saying “that’s a question for the nurse you’ll have to ask her not me”.

Dr.Lacuesta was able to help me so much, the difference is incredible. When my allergy testing all came back negative, she determined my allergy symptoms were due to acid reflux and prescribed me daily puffer, nasal spray and acid reflux medication. This trio has made all the difference. I’ve gone from taking 2 allergy pills a day to only needing one on the odd occasion. So helpful and knowledgeable. Very much appreciated!

The doctor and nurses are nice, but it's incredibly frustrating trying to get in touch with the office. No one answers the phone. No one returns messages. My toddler is already a patient here and recently had a couple of reactions to a new food . The reaction is worse than her already confirmed allergy. I've called twice over the last couple weeks and left messages, saying she needs to be tested. I think this could be a potential anaphylactic allergy because it's getting harder to manage each time she's exposed. No call back whatsoever. And apparently I'm not the only one with this issue. It's pathetic. I'm literally scared for my child's life. Such great service at this clinic. Not!

We've had an amazing experience with this clinic, specifically Dr McHenry! Having a young child with allergies is scary and she was so great to help us through it. Today was a great day and our son passed the peanut challenge with no reaction.
