Absolute biggest joke for a government run Agency!The Staff was the most absolute unprofessional possible, the CEO after stating he takes things seriously actually takes nothing seriously. I cannot believe this is how this agency is ran. Fire and Re hire with new policy's because I have never seen such a more in professional standard in my life.

Unfortunately i was given a shameful lawyer, Andrea Phillips who has jerked me around for 4 years never finalizing anything. Justice is for the rich according to her conduct.
