Dynamic Duo Hairstyling

I came here to get only my eyebrows done and they absolutely destroyed them. The bottom half of my thick eyebrows were gone. There was so much gone that there is a tan line from the amount taken off. I have been ashamed to look in the mirror so the only time I go makeup free is in the dark before bed.I used to be a very confident person without makeup, but now I can barely look at myself. I know this may be an over exaggeration but this happened a few months ago now and they haven't grown back yet.So please, I am not wanting to start any drama but if you do not know how to do them just don't. You don't need to lie. I would rather you disappoint me with the fact you don't know how rather than be destroy my most noticeable feature.

I've been getting my hair cut at dynamic duo since I was a wee little lad. I will continue to go back until the option is no longer available.

I had long beautiful hair and wanted a cut but also still wanted layers, the woman there cut my hair less than 5 minutes! The ends of my hair looks like shredded cheese ! Does not look good at all for what I paid ($33) in my opinion it was very unprofessional.

Heather was absolutely amazing! She was personable and friendly. You could tell that she was well trained and knew what she was talking about. I would go back again and again!

I called to make an appointment and was given one for a full colour, shampoo, cut and style. I gave them all the relevant information about my hair, and was really looking forward to experiencing their expertise. However, when I called to say that the directions I'd been given were not clear so I was running late, I was told that it was okay as they'd double-booked and the woman had lots of really long hair. They actually couldn't fit me in for another week!!! Not business-like at all. I'll be finding another salon to care for me. As a new business, this isn't good...

I get my hair cut by Ellen and she does a great job

Came all the way from Gatineau, Quebec to get my perm done. Heather was my hairdresser from before I moved and I wanted someone I trusted to do it, so on vacation I made an appointment and got it done. Would recommend her to anyone! Super friendly, professional and the salon is very covid clean.
