Calligo - Transformative Data Services - Toronto
In recent months our staff have been submitting tickets for Calligo support and have received no responses to those tickets. Essentially, the tickets have been ignored. We have to call in multiple times until we are able to get assistance. Unfortunately, as I understand it, Calligo Canada has lost a number of staff which to date have not been replaced and which has resulted in poor customer response times. If this doesn't change we will have no choice but to look for a new service provider. Dodick Landau Inc.

It was a very good company before but after some cloud transfer or migration procedures they performed, they lost significant amount of data of my company's server !! Such a good way to start a new year in 2022! Also, they are short of agent now so don't bother calling for your IT issues.

Submitted a ticket 2 months ago that has still not been addressed. I've called probably 10 times only to get through to a third party answering service who continues to repeat the same story, apologize and tell me someone will get back to me in 24 hrs. Its been 2 months and i'm still waiting. Disgusted in the level customer service or lack there of from Calligo. Agents are rude and Calligo clearly does not appreciate my business.

Absolutely horrendous. Nothing but IT problems on a regular basis with these guys, been going on for years and getting resolutions (if you actually get one) takes hours but more than likely days for even the smallest things. Avoid at all costs
